She was very welcoming during check-in, processed everything quickly, and even thoughtfully directed me to the elevator and introduced the hotel's facilities. The room was meticulously cleaned; both the floor and bathroom were spotless, and the bedding was soft, making for a very relaxing rest. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night. The hotel's overall environment was fresh, and the common areas were well-maintained. Dining options nearby were convenient, and getting around was hassle-free. The room was well-stocked with disposables and drinking water. It offers great value for money, and my entire stay was worry-free. It's suitable for both leisure and business trips, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The hotel has been upgraded and is clean, tidy and elegant. The store manager, foreman and all the staff are warm and thoughtful in their service, paying attention to details and making you feel at home. The breakfast is particularly rich. The small bowls of fast food and donkey meat hotpot within 100 meters are delicious. I stayed here for a full week this time. Next time I go to Linqu, I will choose this restaurant again."

The walls across the corridor are not very soundproof, and any movement in the corridor can be heard."

"I have been back to my hometown several times every year since it first opened. It was fine when it first opened. However, when I moved in recently, the facilities are aging, the toilet is loose, the central air conditioning outlet is loose, the sound is too loud, and there are too many water stains on the faucet, as if it has not been cleaned. It's the same as before. I feel that the facilities need maintenance and the service is average."

"I just have to give this five stars! The hotel's location is excellent, right in Wanda Plaza! There are plenty of dining options nearby, a convenience store downstairs, and a lamb restaurant across the street where you can try the local specialty, whole lamb soup (a bit salty, haha). Parking is available in the Wanda underground parking lot, with direct elevator access to the hotel lobby. The front desk staff were wonderful – gentle and polite, and the lady at the desk was very pretty, with sparkly nails (were they painted or fake? I wonder!). The room was spacious and cozy, with a full set of smart home features, including a Xiao Du smart assistant, automatic curtain control, a smart toilet, and smart lighting, which was all very convenient. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of dishes, including hot dry noodles, though I was a bit disappointed not to see Shandong steamed buns. Overall, to find such a great Vienna Hotel in a county town was beyond my expectations; it was fantastic!"
