河景房相當不錯，窗外景色很好。前台接待和送迎都很熱情，來了端茶走了送水（冬天還給加熱的礦泉水），服務意識很強。特別是銷售的林彥強，服務熱情主動和貼心。還要表揚一下自助餐廳，住了兩次都在酒店吃的自助餐，餐品很多品質不錯，餐廳的服務也非常好，吃火鍋沒有韭菜花和腐乳，後廚特意給準備了，問一問有沒有豆腐又給上了一盤凍豆腐，感覺真是想顧客所想。而且兩次都被問卷調查，酒店方是積極聽取顧客對於整體的改善意見。整體感覺非常好。等酒店游泳池修好了，帶孩子來住幾天放鬆一下。
