連續住了三晚，這是第三晚的訂單，還是下午14點退房，然後上午我就下了4小時的鐘點，這樣將延時到18點退房，結果15點半前台有給我打電話説該到點退房了，我去！又打擾我休息，這個前台不看訂單的嗎？亂打電話，急着催客人走，我又不是不給你錢，再説了我都是提前下了單的，也不看看時間點。

連續住了三晚，這是第一晚的訂單，今晚這個前台很好，免費送了我一份早餐。但是第二天白天不到11點半，前台就給我打電話，問我是否續住的問題，我訂單是14點退房，白天這個前台不到11點半就騷擾我，打擾了我休息，白天這個前台影響我對服務的評價，本來應該一顆星都不給的，給了四顆星完全是因為入住當晚那個前台的功勞！
