Let me talk about the advantages first: 1. The hotel bedding is good, I like the smell of hand soap, and the shower head is very comfortable. 2. The internal environment of the hotel is good and fragrant. 3. The breakfast is not bad. There are many kinds. The disadvantages are also obvious, mainly the chaotic management. 1. When we just checked in, there was a big bag of garbage in the lobby. We checked in at around 1 pm and told them that the room was not cleaned. We put down our luggage and had dinner. We came back at 3 pm and found that the room was not cleaned at all. We went downstairs and changed the room again. 2. The swimming pool is not open. The children brought their swimsuits with them, which was very disappointing. Then there is a construction site downstairs, and it started to ding at 6 am.

The service is still very good. Although the air conditioner in the room may have a problem at the beginning, after I reported it, Manager Lin at the front desk immediately changed the room and specially arranged it. It was very thoughtful!

The hotel covers a very large area, with the main building, executive building, office building, etc. We stayed in the executive building this time. The apartments above the suites are all in the executive building. There are 8 rooms on the first floor. The visual room area is 100+. The hotel dishes are fresh and rich, clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Complete facilities, SOS and wall extension phones on the toilet, double five-star praise! I will stay in Linyi next time!

The place was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was great. The big downside about this place is that it’s a smoking hotel, and people smoke everywhere in it, except maybe the breakfast place because I didn’t see anyone smoking there when I was there. And very few of them speak english, and it’s not that good but they try their best. And the word thing is they got into the room, when we were out, despite us turning on the do not disturb sign!! They did that everyday, I meant the got in to clean, but I hope they could respect the (do not disturb) sign.
