This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, close to the center and everything I needed. The breakfast was truly outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, even accommodating my request for a late checkout without hesitation. The room itself was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable, with a pillow that ensured a restful sleep. My only minor complaint was the presence of a few tiny flies on the bed, despite the overall cleanliness of the room. Despite this small issue, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, and comfortable accommodations.

Nice place with professional services. Thank you to Ms. Mia Lu and Ms Kitty Gao who really help us with patiently. They booked online taxi and we can came to train station without late. Even that was rain, they also book another online taxi when our luggage was not enough.. they accompany us and give some snacks while we didn't get breakfast because it was 5 am. Thank very much.

The room is really big, exceeding my expectations, the hotel and the health center, the mother and child center are next to each other, so it is quiet, the parking lot is sufficient, for the convenience of self-driving parking is a plus for the whole trip, the hotel front desk brother and Miss sister are very polite, The whole stay was very comfortable. It was our first visit to Linyi and we were very thankful to have the help of Mr Alan Su, the hotel manager. He and his staff were able to show us around Linyi with the use of their foyer tourist map and were even able to help us buy new shoes at a nearby store. While staying there we had to have the nucleic acid test daily, and they were always quick to help us in anything we needed. After visiting the caves we returned to stay a few days later and will gladly stay there again. The breakfast is by far the best we have eaten in China with an excellent balance between Western and Eastern dishes and really value for money. If we stayed in Linyi I would regularly go there for their breakfasts. The hotel is well situated near the top tourist attractions, but Linyi being very much bigger than what we expected, you need to travel quite far by taxi to the outlying tourist venues like the zoo and the mountains. But overall a wonderful stay!
