This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, close to the center and everything I needed. The breakfast was truly outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, even accommodating my request for a late checkout without hesitation. The room itself was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable, with a pillow that ensured a restful sleep. My only minor complaint was the presence of a few tiny flies on the bed, despite the overall cleanliness of the room. Despite this small issue, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, and comfortable accommodations.

Even that was rain, they also book another online taxi when our luggage was not enough.. they accompany us and give some snacks while we didn't get breakfast because it was 5 am. Thank very much.

We came back at 3 pm and found that the room was not cleaned at all. We went downstairs and changed the room again. 2. The swimming pool is not open. The children brought their swimsuits with them, which was very disappointing. Then there is a construction site downstairs, and it started to ding at 6 am.

This is the most satisfying experience on a business trip so far. When I arrived at the hotel, the customer service upgraded the room type and gave me a midnight snack coupon. The apartments above the suites are all in the executive building. There are 8 rooms on the first floor. The visual room area is 100+.
