The area and the hotel is breathtaking, clean and calming with it nature energy and views. Staff members (including cleaners) are extremely professional, very present and helpful. They are so kind that they go extra mile for their visitors. I'm a foreigner and don't speak Chinese, they don't speak English either but they went extra mile to ensure clear communication between me and them. They are very supportive with information regarding areas you would like to sightsee there as well as supportive regarding transport information. I highly, highly recommend this hotel and not forgetting their tasty food.
