酒店風格不錯，設施齊全大廳很大，前台服務好貼心，辦理入住快房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間於凈，有免費停車場，洗衣服方便，可烘乾，棒！

1.房間隔音不好還是熱水管道噪音太大的原因不清楚，總之隔壁房間使用沐浴間的時候出現水流沖擊聲，影響休息睡眠。
2.洗手枱洗手液空了沒有及時更換，手紙衹剩幾圈也沒有備用捲紙。
3.沐浴間門密封不良，沐浴時水濺出，衞生間地漏排水坡度欠佳造成積水。
以上問題向前台反映得到及時處理，希望能夠避免再次發生，以良好服務體現維也納酒店水準。
