Couldn’t be happier with my hotel choice the staff are super lovely and helpful it’s close by to all metro links and cute coffee shops, the breakfast is totally worth paying for. Would definitely book again if returning to Lisbon. Also has a carpark as parking is so hard to find anywhere in Lisbon

Plutôt satisfait de notre séjour, le personnel disponible et souriant, la chambre était grande, bien aménagé, propre, ménage fait tous les jours, lits confortables. la seule déception est la piscine : - accès payant ce qui n'était pas précisé lors de la réservation - sauna sans intérêt car pas assez chaud - hammam même pas allumé - jacuzzi inutilisable tellement l'eau était chlorée (yeux et gorge qui piquaient à cause du chlore) nous n'avons pas pu y aller

Não recomendo. Atendimento nos quartos demora 20 minutos para atenderam. No spa para além de se pagar adicionais não há ninguém a fiscalizar quem anda de touca ou não. Apesar de ser obrigatório. Na meia pensão, afinal o jantar não é à carta. Foi menu executivo, em que comes o que há do dia. Nao recomendo

Misleading / inaccurate description of hotel
It should be made clear in the description that this is a Halal Hotel and that it is also alcohol free.
The Pool is part of the 'spa' and the hotel charges for using it. The Spa is in the basement alongside the Car Park and has no 'luxury', looks like part of the Car park. It was cold and no overly clean (people had scratched their names in the dirt along the edge of the pool). If travelling as a couple you would not be able to use the Sauna etc together as they are in the changing rooms.
Room booked was a 'Deluxe' at considerably more expense than a 'standard', when querying what the difference was as it looked no different I was advised that 'Deluxe' means having a double bed rather than twins.
Breakfast was adequate but the staff struggled to keep the food topped up and the areas clean.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel unless you got a very good price and were looking for a quick stopover near the airport.

A great place to stay when catching a flight. Super staff, comfortable rooms, would have liked to have had breakfast but our flight did not allow. They did have an express breakfast which was great!

Excellent experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Very close to many types of public transport to get around the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and of course, clean and tidy. The shower (and this will sound strange to mention) but I find it important had good water pressure and very warm water. Then there are all the other facilities, pool, spa gym.... It's a great place to stay.
