The House on the Pink Street in Lisbon

We booked this hotel primarily because we were planning to tour Lisbon with family members who had booked a nearby Air B&B. It turned out to be a very good decision. Our 1 BR apartment was clean, roomy and well-equipped. Although we were in the midst of frenetic Lisbon nightlife, excellent glazing and heavy window shutters kept nearly all the noise at bay. Although we didn't use the kitchen to prepare meals, we did take advantage of the washer/drier to do some laundry. The real stars of this place, however, are Veronica and Joana, who made sure our stay was a nice as possible. They brought us treats (and even included extra for our three traveling companions who were not staying with us) and were attentive to our every need. The staff of the affiliated Corpo Santo Hotel were also very accommodating. They allowed the five of us to join a free walking tour offered to hotel guests, and enjoy the nightly wine tasting and ice cream. We will not hesitate to book The House on Pink Street for our next Lisbon visit. Family members who stayed elsewhere this time plan to do the same.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in June of 2024. It is a modern, comfortable apartment in an annex to the Corpo Santo Hotel, a short block from the main hotel. You have the same access to the public areas of the main hotel as the other guests. Corpo Santos Hotel offers two free walking tours for it’s guests—one in the morning and one in the afternoon plus free soft-serve ice cream, bottled waters, coffee, wine tasting and snacks in the lobby. Every evening when we returned to our lovely apartment in the Pink Street House a member of their wonderful staff had left a thoughtful surprise—fresh fruit, assorted tiny pastries, etc. with a thoughtful note to welcome you “home.” We dined several times in the hotel’s restaurant and enjoyed fresh and delicious seafood, wine, and desserts. The accommodation’s location could not have been better. There is much to see within walking distance including the night life on Pink Street (bars, restaurants, music), the Time Out Market, 15E tram stop (to the Belem area sights), and the Cais do Sodre transportation station. It is situated near the base of the Afalme and Baixa neighborhoods so they are easily walkable from the hotel. All this was wonderful, but what stands out most is the exceptionally thoughtful, helpful, and friendly staff who spoiled us forever for any future hotel experiences elsewhere. When we were leaving we literally felt as if we had been visiting family. Thank you Joana, Rubin, Sergio, Thomas, et al!

Place was perfect and host was very nice and helpful

The apartment and the staff were excellent. There was plenty of bathroom supplies, towels, toothbrushes etc. There are immunities within the apartment if you need to cook and also bottles of water and refreshments for your use. Overall 10 out of 10. They also facilitated me having a late check in and late check out. Really appreciated.

The place was very well located and near to main tourists streets and restaurants. The attention of the personal was excellent. The place was very confortable and clean, with a very tranquil environment inside the building, despite the noise from outside. Very happy to be there!

We only stayed one night and wished we had more time! The apartment was lovely. Clean and well thought out and even had drinks and snacks for us to enjoy! The sister hotel was so friendly and accommodating and allowed us to keep our luggage there prior to check-in while we toured the city. Our only regret is that we had just one night. We hope to come back and if so, we will definitely stay here again!

Amazing place! We had such a great time! The room has plenty of space and super clean and well-designed! You feel like you are staying at a 5 star hotel room! Everything is very well thought of, amazing insulation for noises, awesome location and very comfortable bed! Every day, they cleaned and tidied up our room, leave small treats like gummies, cupcakes or fruits! I highly recommend this place!

The House On Pink St was amazing! Great clean space that left nothing for us to need. They had it all covered. We had a great stay! It’s literally the only place I’d stay when returning! The hostess, Joana was amazingly helpful! One of my best trips yet!
