This hotel is very welcoming and pristine. Jao Martins is excellent at his job, the future manager of one of the world’s great hotels for sure. I had a wonderful stay and will no longer go to the grander old hotels nearby. I am a frequent traveller and recommend this hotel

Such a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, great ambience, fantastic food with an amazing choice for breakfast, and, best of all, the loveliest staff - everyone greeted us with a smile and were all absolutely charming. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for adding to a lovely few days stay in your beautiful city.

The hotel has luxury amenities and a rich decor. Rooms were very comfortable and well designed. Breakfast was open buffet style but also had some interesting choices from their select menu. Price of hotel included the everything in the mini bar. Centrally located to the station, all shops and food places. Only callout was the poor lighting in the room. With red coloured walls and a couple of small wall lights, it was hard to pack your suitcase at night.

Intriguing space full of color and life. This is a 5 star is well deserved, but I will up the star count because of the top tier customer service, which increased the value and experience . Our visit started and ended with our host Denise, who really solidified what hospitality should look like in any space. From the staff to the food to the magnificent drinks. Their cocktails won my heart, which lives inside of my tastbuds. I also really appreciate the environmental conscious space. My partner and I shared a balcony room on the 4th floor. Our friends, some coupled and some single, stayed on different floors sharing in the great experience. We all loved our rooms... the attention to detail and the color pop walls, animal inspired art, and classic bathroom spaces. My favorite was the heated bars in the bathroom. I would only add more light in the bathroom, but again, I will give 7 starts for an overall experience. Thank you, or shall I say OBRIGADA Denise and thank you, staff of Arts Legacy Hotel. AMAZING hotel. THE most perfect location to explore Lisbon by foot. We had such peaceful sleeps, comfy beds and amazing breakfast. All of the staff (esp the breakfast staff) were so lovely and service was impeccable everywhere in the hotel. Only down side is rooms are a bit small and would have appreciated a brighter light in the rooms but would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you Art Legacy

Just an *Outstanding* hotel!! The service couldn’t have been more personalized, cordial, and on point. The decor is just beautiful and tasteful, the breakfast delicious and the location is hard to beat as it is super central and right next to Chiado and Bairro Alto. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to up level your visit up Lisbon.

This is a true 5-star hotel. The service is flawless. The staff never say "no" to any request you have. They just make it happen even if it is out of the way. It's the true definitions of extraordinary service. The hotel and the rooms are nicely designed (even though very small). The beds are super comfortable. The baths are beautiful and relatively spacious. The location of the hotel is great while very quite to sleep. I would not hesitate to stay here. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious with nice personation. But again, the impeccable service was the highlight.
