We recently spent a lovely few days in Lisbon, staying at the Moon & Sun, which is conveniently located in the Baixa, about a five minute walk from the Tagus. And we are really glad about our hotel choice; aside from a delay at check-in, which was professionally handled, everything was close to perfect. Our room was a nice size, with the space perfectly utilised; the bathroom was exceptional, with an amazing waterfall shower, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent - a good range of breads, pastries, meats and cheeses, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juices, as well as the odd cake treat. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful, and never made us feel bad that we spoke no Portuguese (and we liked the custard biscuits on departure!). All in all, an excellent place that we would have no hesitation in returning to!

Enjoyed some good paninis here. Friendly service (though a tad on the slower side, or maybe it just seemed that way because our toddler was hungry), fine food (loads of cheese on a couple of the paninis), and fair prices for the quality and quantity of food (and for the area). Oh, and the sweet potato fries were really good!

Buyer beware “boutique” hotel in Lisbon means SMALL rooms at high prices. Ours was 9 feet by 11 feet with no dresser for your clothes (kept in suitcase) and not enough hangers. Elevator 11 inches wide by 38 inches long! Yes you read this correctly. The location was good but coming back to this closet was not.

3 nights in this establishment in a classic room. Positive points: - ideally located, everything is easily done on foot - new room and bathroom, super comfortable bed - Nespresso coffee and water refilled every day Negative points: - not very soundproof, you can hear the noise from the street - the bathroom products are a bit limited (a mini bottle for two, and the conditioner only appeared on the 3rd day) Conclusion: - Brand new and clean

This place was exactly what we hoped for, and more. Amazing location. We loved the staff! The complementary refreshing drink was a very nice touch after a long day of traveling from the US. We enjoyed chatting with Priscilla (at the bar), and took her advice on things to do (and drinks to try). The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The corner balcony was lovely! We appreciated the coffee station, and the coffee pods were so nice. We would definitely return, and recommend to friends.

I absolutely adored this hotel - large room, white starched bed that you don't want to get up from, incredible balcony overlooking one of Lisbon's main attractions. The location is right in the center, you can quickly walk to everything. Had a delicious breakfast with beautiful tableware from Portuguese popular brand. I enjoyed it a lot, honestly ready to recommend this place 🤍

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was our first visit to Lisbon and this hotel was ideally located in central Lisbon, in walking distance to many tourist locations and the metro. We paid for a small room and it was very small but fine for our needs. Everything was immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet had a varied menu, excellent fruit, bread, cheeses, pastries, yogurts, drinks and a cooked breakfast if required. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Without exception, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and they made our stay particularly enjoyable. Thank you to them.
