Near the airport. Had a nice view of planes taking off. The hotel itself is a little old. But still was good.

The staff went out of their way to be very kind, courteous and helpful, and they all spoke very good english. The room was exceptional. The air conditioning worked great.Everything about this hotel.Gets five stars plus.

Close to the airport, front desk staff wasnt very welcoming. Room was big and comfortable, would stay again.

The stay was wonderful...accessible close to the airport, train station, bus station and restaurants.

Front desk will call to taxi if taxied are not waiting in front of the hotel. To Lisbon airport from the hotel for about 10mins the cost around €6. The taxi was not able to use card, need to ready for payment by cash.

I love the hotel

Very close to the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi. The service in the lobby is hard to describe. It is ridiculously slow. The breakfast is quite rich. There is a big park next to it, so I do morning exercises sometimes.

The rooms are quite big. Very close to the airport (take bus) 20-25 minutes! Minutes away from the subway station! Because I can’t get up early! Haven't had a chance to try their breakfast!

We landed at 11pm and didn’t experience Shuttle. Didn't experience breakfast either. It is a licensed hotel in urgent need of renovation, but the hygiene is acceptable and the tune is still there. I also met an African Diplomat in the lobby and chatted for five dollars. I have to emphasize that I personally feel that Lisbon is more international than Madrid, at least more people speak English, and there is Uber, while Madrid only has local ones like Bolts. Visually, many tourists from Northern Europe and North America come here for vacation. It's really close to the airport, so it's suitable for connecting flights. Believe it or not, Uber costs more than four bucks and I can't bear to tip two bucks more.
