THe hotel serve good breakfast. It is beside a park which is nice. Very near the metro and taking a taxi to town is not far.

Very clean hotel. Especially bathroom. Needs to take a metro to go to city center but not so far. Breakfast selections are also nice.

In general, something normal. We went as a couple to spend 3 days with breakfast included. The breakfast was meager and had very little variety. The staff who are providing services in the morning are very serious, all of them. !!There is nothing wrong with that!!!. At reception, however, they are kind and friendly. And something that I will never understand, and not only in this hotel, although it has also happened to us, is that if they give you the option of 2 single beds or a double bed, why don't they comply with what you previously reserved? And if there is no stock, at least they send an email notifying you of it. And finally, the window in the room did not have a handle to open it. I understand that for security reasons it is not possible to open it completely, but tilting is ideal to air out the room.

You can ear everything that happens on the hallway and the room next door.
The bed was not confortable at all and for a 4 star hotel is a bit strange that not even a bottle of water was offered

The staff (the girl at the front desk) is amazing. The breakfast was very generous and the service really good. On the other hand, the window in our bedroom does not close.
