We spent 2 weeks travelling in Europe and this hotel was one of the best value stays of the trip. The staff were excellent and let us check in early. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning our room each day, even late afternoon. The room was clean and well equipped. There was a fantastic view, it was possible to even see the water from our room. The location is just away from the hustle and bustle of the city without being too far away. The area felt safe and seemed more like a business district. The free breakfast was excellent with a wide range of pastries and some hot food. We had such an excellent stay that we decided to go full into the IHG rewards program. Thank you!

Great location close to the Marques de Pombal metro station. The room is cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is not too good but still has a lot of choices.

The staff is very nice. I dislike that the cleaning crew changes all the towers daily, even when I say no The huge price rise since last year in unexplainable. The location is the same, the building has water infiltrations(today rained a bit and the breakfast room had 3 buckets for the water plus 2 more in the reception). The breakfast is decent, comparable with a 50€ hotel I use in the same city. Won't stay here again until the price gets reasonable.

The price/performance ratio is good. A sofa bed is necessary for a family of three. The location is good and the service is very good. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day.

I booked a family room. I didn't know in advance that the hotel would bring a child under 12 years old. If I explained the reason, the hotel would let the child stay for free and eat the hotel's breakfast for free, which is very user-friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can go to nearby attractions by walking, just city walk.

I booked two rooms, and the front desk helped me get two rooms next to each other. The room is not big but clean and tidy.

Good location and convenient transportation

We arrived well before check-in time and they allowed us access to the room without problems, although it did not have a view of the street. The attention from the employees was polite and correct at all times. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The breakfasts are very tasty and with a variety of products. The hotel is quite well located for walking to places of interest or via metro or bus.
