We loved our stay in the relaxed well equipped Brown's Boutique Hotel. Friendly happy professional staff who helped us with maps and advised places to visit that weren't on our itinerary. We enjoyed dinner the first night and breakfast the second day. Had the house Cocktail on the the house which was a winner. Great atmosphere here and your in the heart of the city its easy to navigate around form this hotel. The room was comfortable great design features and loved the extra kitchenette area idea for making tea to go with those amazing pastries you get in Lisbon. We would certainly return and recommend. We stayed four nights next time it will be five.

Such a lovely little hotel in a fantastic location, surronded by shops, bars, restaurants (and 1 minute walk to the Metro). The bar/resturant area is really stylishly decorated and is great for evening drinks (breakfast was excellent too). There's also a nice outdoor eating/drinking area if the weather is good. My room was small but well equipped and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed too. Finally, the staff were super friendly and fun to chat to. I stayed here on business but will definitely be returning to this hotel for a leisure trip.

This is a fantastic hotel, very friendly staff, in a perfect location in the heart of Lisbon with restaurants and bars all very close by. The room was clean, spacious with a good sized fridge, washing machine and comfortable bed. Close to the metro, the bar on the ground floor has great coffee with a comfortable foyer area to relax. Without doubt, I will be staying here again when I next visit Lisbon.

From the moment we walked in the staff made us so welcome with a friendly smile and wonderful attitude. The decor is to die for and even the background music was pleasant to listen to. There was nothing too difficult for them and I must suggest to try one of the signature cocktails that all of the staff have created. Our hotel room was extremely well appointed and we wanted for nothing. A bottle of champagne on arrival and a personalised welcome note on the desk waiting for us. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Lisbon.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had two rooms on the fourth floor. My sister and I shared a superior room which was perfect for us. Not too sure about the open shower, especially when sharing with family, but the rest of the room was very comfortable. The bistro downstairs is lovely for drinks and food. The breakfast is very good value and you get 10% discount if you are staying at the hotel. Hotel very central to everything. Thoroughly recommend.

Belle expérience. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne. Le personnel très sympathique et aimable. L'endroit très bien décoré. La chambre est un peu petite mais pour visiter Lisbonne un Petit weekend c'est très bien. Les cocktails sont très bon.

Excellent location and really helpful staff. The reception staff were more than happy to help and spoke excellent English and gave loads of recommendations. The room was clean and modern and a fair size. 2 minute walk to the viewing tower, almost next door to Zara. Approx 5-10 minute walk to the front and square. We had a great 3 night stay here and would absolutely recommend.
