When I arrived at the hotel gate, I found that there was no way to enter. Fortunately, I contacted the hotel through Trip.com APPs and got the password to enter. check in is fully self-service, but there is quite a lot of registration information and there are people waiting behind it, which is quite stressful. The wifi signal in the room (3/F) is poor and I can't receive it at all. But the location is really good and the prices are very reasonable and good value for money. Will stay again if I go to Lisbon again.

We liked the apartment. I highly recommend registering in advance via the website (request a link from the hotel manager via email). Then there are no problems with access to the apartment (another way to register is through the machine in the building, but sometimes it does not count the documents).
The apartment itself is clean and well-equipped. Every day the service came to us and did a symbolic cleaning: changed the towels, made the bed (without changing the linen), but the floor was not wiped.
The soundproofing in the apartment itself is normal, we did not hear anyone. But tourists under the windows sometimes shouted loudly, but in the city center, this is probably inevitable. The street is quiet, there are no bars on it, so passers-by will not bother you much.
We recommend the apartment!

There was no front desk service and the check in procedure was challenging. To be honest with this price, I believe there are many available options.

Slept wonderfully in the middle of the entertainment area. We were not bothered by noise. Room is super neat, lovely bed. And room is equipped with everything, cooking, baking everything
