The hostel is situated in a great location. The view from rooftop is astonishing. Sadly the operating hours of the rooftop bar is only until 9:30pm. I wished it could have been longer. But overall the hostel is great and clean.

The place they are located is very convenient, the rooms and beds are clean, the only problem is that some of the beds, like bed 5, it is right next to the door and when I open the door it is not easy to open the storage space under the bed does not open at the same time . The storage cabinet bucket won't lock even though I've used the lock. There are not enough tools for hanging clothes in the bathroom, so please bring your own plastic bags to prevent your clothes from getting wet, and the push-button faucet is completely inconvenient and water will flow out if you don't push it.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hostel is very clean, and the common area has a lot of character. Breakfast was very good for the price. Unfortunately the hostel is a little too big and noisy for my liking and I found it very hard to sleep. With 7 floors and 300 beds it's very busy. The door to the room squealed like a stuck pig and people kept going in and out all night long. The dorms are very small and had almost no storage so there was luggage all over the floor.

Location is good, just a few walk from the metro. Shared bathrooms are shared by floor, but separate gender, and toliet and shower. To be noted that you have to press the shower for like every minute to keep it flowing.

The facilities are convenient and clean. Overall, it was a good experience.

Perfect location, small rooms but comfortable bed. Great for a nights stay!

Arrived late at night, just slept, came out, it was fine, but the shower water was too weak, it was a bit uncomfortable, and if you want to use the hair dryer, you have to leave your passport.

There was poor communication between the front desk staff and the cleaning staff. When I checked in the day before, I was given beds 2 & 3 in room number 502. When I got up, I found that bed 2 was already occupied. After communicating with the front desk, I changed to beds 1 & 3 and stayed there for three days. However, on the night of the second day , the luggage at No. 1 was emptied to the counter, and the bed at No. 1 had been sold to a new tenant.... This caused a lot of inconvenience. When we coordinated the next day, the counter staff would only say that this was not his decision. Has nothing to do with him

Lisbon is a major tourist destination. From this hostel, you can walk to Praca do Comércio and the Senhora do Monte observation deck. The hostel's lobby and public spaces were very comfortable. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The beds are spacious, and each person has a large storage space under the bed. A 75-liter backpack could fit in there. Bath towels are also provided. The only drawback with the shower is that it is a push-button type and very weak. That said, I had a pleasant stay!

Too much noise whether in the evening or in the morning. Between the young people who in the evening decide to talk in the corridor even though there is a terrace and the hair dryer in the toilets makes a huge noise. The room is very small and the locker makes a noise which, if you are downstairs, wakes you up as soon as it is opened. Between the roommates talking on the phone non-stop and the lockers it wasn't pleasant. In addition, the bathrooms are small and the water pressure is terrible. During my stay I didn't wash my hair because there was no pressure. Basically avoid unless you want something in a good location
