Overall it was a great stay and enough for one person and one night.

They were so kind to us. Great hotel.

Overall welldone and better than expected, given that the price is not expensive

It had all the features I wanted, and even had a balcony. There was a pot for boiling water, which was rare for Europe and I really appreciated it.

The staff was friendly and the location was really great! Unfortunately there was mold on the curtains in our room, but otherwise it was good value for money.

Business Comfort Hotel is very nice, very clean and hygienic. I will book it again next time. This is the second time you have booked it. It is very economical and highly recommended.

Location is close to historic district on busy street with easy access to metro system. There are several restaurant options within walking distance. We stayed in room 403 were bathroom sink faucet was loose and the shower stall leaked. Reported this to hotel staff but they did nothing to fix issue.

Great location near to the subway. Restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Rooms are certainly small for two people.

The location is scary at night. You can hear people talking in other rooms, you can hear people taking a shower and you can hear people walking. You could hear the subway, every time the subway passed the building shook. The towels were super old and worn out. It was damp. The girls at reception are very friendly. But I do not recommend this local accommodation. Worst place I've ever stayed.

It's was a lovely hotel and clean enough. The beds are nice they could do with new pillows 🙂. They only chance your towels every 3 days and dont change the bedding for 7days (this I understand is eco friendly) but for someone staying 5 nights and with little luggage (no towels) it's very inconvenient and bedding should be changed at least 2 times a week. Other than this I can't say to much bad things

My Charm Lisbon Suites is 3 minutes walk from Arrios metro station. Room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Had room at the back of the hotel. Decoration was modern and relaxing. Bed was huge, king size or queen size. Communication from hotel before stay was excellent, polite and helpful.

At check in the service was impecable! I asked about local resturants she pointed me to a wonderful resturant and was outgoing to assist in anything I needed to know about the area~!

This hotel is pretty close to the metro ststion and has a balcony. But, the reception is on the 3rd floor and the lifts are quite small.

Very clean place with friendly and helpful staff. Loved the facility. The location was difficult. Long walk to Baixa and Alfama. Did not feel comforable with all of the people that were arou d as we walked.
