The hotel was perfect except I was assigned to a room right underneath the restaurant and may be nearby to the hotel’s housekeeping room. It was so much noise from 6am till 11pm every night. I stayed there for 4 nights and did not have good sleep at all. Avoid room 310.

Excellent service, excellent breakfast. Very nice rooftop bar. Hotel offers lots of small but nice surprises, from welcome letter to farewell chocolates.

Very nice beautiful hotel ( looks exactly as on the pictures). Nice location - only 3/4 euro Uber ride to the old part of the city. Comfortable beds, very nice decorated rooms. Definitely would stay there again!

The hotel is on a road beside the roundabout with the statue of Marquis de Pombal on Liberty Avenue. When you exit the hotel, turn left around the island to reach the famous shopping street, and turn right to go to the British Palace shopping mall. Small desserts are served in the lobby bar every afternoon. Unfortunately, the top floor is not open in winter, so I can't go up to bask in the sun.

Facilities: There is a very interesting little elevator as soon as you enter the door. You must try it when you come. Cleanliness: Very well maintained and very clean. Environment: It's about a 10-minute walk from Liberty Avenue Level, a 20-minute walk to the elevator, and a 30-minute walk to the beach. You can basically walk around the city center. There are convenience stores and pharmacies 2 minutes away. Service: The service was great. I accidentally soiled the sheets on the last day. I told the guy at the front desk how much compensation I needed to pay later. He said, don’t worry, it’s not a problem. Finally, he comforted me and said everything was OK. of. Finally, we went to a convenience store and bought something for them to express our gratitude. Very heart-warming, I will choose here again next time I go to Lisbon. Breakfast was also good. I recommend everyone to order their Royal Egg, Jue Jue Zi, one bite at a time, super delicious. By the way, when you come, you must go out to the sea to watch the sunset, it’s absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is unbeatable! The recommended time to choose is 4:30-6:30, so that you can see the complete sunset.

The area is very good, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The waiters were polite. I will choose this hotel next time. The room is also very large. There are also snacks available. And get two free drinks.

I’m really angry. Foreigners generally discriminate against Chinese people. I was given room 601, which is seamlessly connected to the elevator. The room is only 5cm away on the right side of the elevator entrance. I can’t even touch half a foot. It’s good or bad. It’s decorated next to it. The building is extremely noisy when you open your eyes. As long as there are people going up and downstairs and taking the elevator, it is extremely noisy. There is no soundproofing when talking, and the sound keeps coming and going in the room in the middle of the night! Highly do not recommend this hotel!

Clean, exquisite, with Portuguese characteristics, strategic location and high cost performance

The hotel is pretty good. It's next to the subway station and Liberty Avenue. It's also very clean.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It’s beautiful. I was sad to find the terrace closed for construction so i hope I can go back one day. The hotel decor is gorgeous, the staff amazing, the restaurant and bar offers are delicious.morning breakfast buffet amazing! Close to metro so don’t worry about location. Easily walkable area. Grocers across the street for water and snacks and even wine. Fantastic food in restaurant or across the stree at Portuguese restaurant ochado dourado. Welcome drink of wine and pastel de nata. Daily encouragement notes. Clean, comfortable, safe and just all around lovely. Business are so some things closed around it on the weekend. Can’t wait to go back again. Thank you

This hotel is beautiful. It's about a 20 minute walk from the main square so it's in a nive quiet area with some good traditional Portuguese restaurants nearby. The restaurant in the hotel itself is very good. I would stay here again if I return to Lisbon.

Well located. Walkable very easily ( 20 minutes) of the old town. Very close to metro stop and thebus stop ( 3 minutes walk). Beautifully clean. Helpful and friendly reception staff. We did not eat at hotel - so unable to review food and drink. However, a welcome drink and cute little pastries at the reception, whilst you check in, is a nice touch. Bedroom nicely decorated, very clean, quiet. But note that the terrace at the very top floor, with the view, only open from late March till end of autumn.( that was not cited on the hotel website )We were there in mid and were unable to access it for a drink. All in all, a lovely place. Would definitely recommend it!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff wonderful. Just a very minor thing was the bathroom door didn’t close well which needs a screwdriver adjustment to fix.

The hotel atmosphere was great. The selection at the breakfast was limited but off high quality. All facilities were clean and nice. The sky bar was closed and it was not mentioned when booking the hotel. The room was very noisy. It located eventually under facility management or house keeping facilities. the noise in the room was constant. I was really irritated when waking up on sunday morning because of the noise.
