Very nice location, close to Marques de Pombal and located just along Avenida da Liberdade. Apartment is big and amenities is sufficient.

Very comfortable studio apartment, clean and with big balcony. Although it’s not located near the main attractions but still walkable and easily accessible via public transport.

Great location near Marques de Pombal Square with easy access to the Blue and Yellow metro lines which easily connect you to all parts of Lisbon. Clean rooms and easy to access with the 24hr Check-in Kiosk. Make sure you email or call ahead to get the front door access number. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment located in the heart of Lisbon. This is an outstanding value with spacious rooms and many amenities. I was genuinely surprised by how much was offered (washing machine, cooking utensils, etc). The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a great place to stay while exploring Lisbon this is highly recommended. I would stay here again.

Highly recommended, our rooms were big and we've got everything what do you need for family trip such cooker, dish washer, washing machine etc

The AC is broken when we arrived and we called them for repair but they didn’t do it. The locker is inconvenient The person who answered in phone is rude and impatient.

Very good location and easy to check in. The kitchen utensils are well equipped. Whole apartment is tidy and clean. The bed is comfortable and suitable for 2 persons.

The apartment itself is ok - spacious, clean and in a good location. However the service is terrible: 1. Check-in experience wasn’t smooth. Access code wasn’t sent prior to arrival; the staff who I called to assist was rude and impatient. 2. The staff overcharged me 42 euros with invalid reason and refused to return. Thanks to Trip.com - the CS agent assisted in the negotiation and eventually Trip.com (not the apartment management) refunded me the amount. 3. On my second day of stay, after returning to the apartment, I was shocked to find the room door was open, I was 100% sure that the door was locked when I left. Suspect that the cleaner didn’t lock the door properly after cleaning. 4. The cleaner took away my own towel by mistake and I never got it back. 5. The lift was purposed blocked by the cleaners during certain hours; I had to use the staircase a few times as the lift wasn’t moving at all.

Nice apartment in central Lisbon. Easy self check in and out process. Very close to Metro, Bus stops and loads of cafe and restaurants. Supermarket also near by. We had a great stay at Lisbon Apartments.

I stayed here for 6 days/5 nights in early-mid June. Conveniently located, and definitely nice to have a small apartment and well equipped kitchen to myself. There’s also a dishwasher & washing machine, though I didn’t use them. An Aldi’s supermarket is located a short walk away, coffee shops next door & down the street, and many places to dine within a mile. The apartment was cleaned each day and very quiet at night. I rested well each My one complaint was check-in. I had not been sent my code to enter the building and check-in at the kiosk. I had been traveling for 24 hours with no sleep and it was night when I arrived. It was very frustrating and took 3 phone calls to management and 15-20 minutes to resolve, an eternity when you’re exhausted from travel and haven’t slept in 36 hours.

I was very happy with the serviced apartment. It was in a fantastic, central location but when the windows were closed it was very quiet and there were great block out blinds in every room too. The beds were comfortable, amenities clean and they offer to clean the room everyday. Check in was a bit tricky because it’s all by codes to enter each door and you have to scan your passports and “check in” so that’s a bit hard when you have a toddler and lots of luggage. We had some confusion but a staff member was able to come down and help us luckily. I was honestly really impressed by the stay, it was good value and I would happily book again next time I go to Lisbon.

We have a lovely stay there. The apartment is clean and spacious. It's very convenient to travel around via metro and bus. It is also walkable to Rosio where you can find number 28 tram and many other tourist spots. There is a small supermarket within 5-min walking distance, and McDonalds in 3-min walking distance. It took me a while to do the check-in via the digital kiosk. Other than this everything was perfect.

Well located, clean serviced apartments with automated checkin and arrival facility. Noted previous guests room access code was still visible as I approached the checkin machine. This was a slight concern as anyone could probably enter another guests’ room using their access code.
