The location is excellent being in the centre of everything. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with appropriate choices and fruits are fresh and delicious. Room size was a bit small but comfortable and cozy. Would recommend for anyone who looks for value in traveling

Lighting can be improved as it was limited to the lamps at the bedside area. Water shower hose can be difficult for families with young children to use. Overall, very convenient location if planning to stay in Lisbon for a few days.

The location is very convenient, but it was disappointing that the shower door wouldn't close, there were no tissues in the room, and there was no towel rack or luggage storage.

The hotel is in a good location and the breakfast is good, but it would be better if there is a vegetable salad. The subway and train station are very convenient. Just in time for "World Youth Day", the square of the hotel was so lively.

The location was right next to Rossio Square, so it was a really perfect location. However, the table was very, very small, so it was not enough to take out all the cosmetics. It's writing, and it's a chimdae ebullet and a yakkan chokeret... ? There was a lot of stuff in the water area in the middle. ah… And on the last morning, I didn't have my card key, so I went back and forth to the reception. Still, for the price, it wasn't bad.

In the center of the tourist area, there is a restaurant at the door, which is very lively. But the room is too small, it is very depressing, the facilities are outdated, and the sound insulation is not good. It gives people the feeling of escaping as soon as possible. I will not go again next time.

The location is the best possible. Cozy and beautiful hotel. Good cosmetics in the bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good hot water pressure. The rooms are not large, but there are wardrobes, a safe, and a refrigerator. Liked everything. Would stay again with pleasure.

Very centrally located, the room was a tiny bit smaller than expected but it was really well designed, clean and comfortable and there were no issues. Lovely breakfast and great service overall. We’d be happy to stay there again when visiting next. Thank you
