Amazing location, but a lot of problems for the check in. They give me the wrong numbers and we spend two hours to get at the apartment.

Overall good apartment , the elevator didn’t work which wasn’t nice given the fact that the apartment was on the 4th floor. The area is quite busy in the evening

We arrived at 20:00 to the building and had to wait 30 min to get some one to answer us to get a code for the lift to go up to the flat, after we sent the management of the flat a mail with request for 3 beds for our 3 kids we found out that the flat is with 2 beds, when contacting the management they told us thats the set up of the flat and they claim they didnt get any email from us requesting 3 beds (they have answered to that email that 3 beds will be provided...), the support guy who answer the phone after many attempts to reach any one there told us he cant do anything and was not really care to help us, we had to get one of the kid to sleep on the floor. the flat is with sewage smell, dirty and with broken furnitures. we left the flat the next day after we didnt get any answers from the management and was refused to get any refund. STAY AWAY from this flat and property management they are scammers!!!

Situated adjacent to a funicular with shops and a supermarket nearby but close to the centre of Lisbon. Entrance is managed electronically but access went smoothly and the company are well organised. Whilst our apartment lacked a view it was comfortable and quite well equipped. We received daily cleaning which we hadn’t expected and an issue with a safe (caused by me) was resolved very quickly.

I never leave reviews but this place was awful. I booked and paid for two rooms and only got one. No one was there to help and no one answered emails or phone calls. Five of us had to stay in one room

First off, this is a great location for tourists. We rented unit 3H, the two bedroom with the balcony with amazing views. There are some negatives.: 1. The unit stinks of sewage. I know it’s coming from the bathrooms and kitchen from old plumbing. This is a no smoking building, but a cigarette smell would be an improvement over sewage. I’ve plug all sinks , tubs, and bidets and added water to seal the drains from sewer gases. Some stoppers don’t work so need to get some plastic bags to fill with water to try and seal the drain. It seriously is pretty disgusting smelling and not at all appetizing to want to eat in the unit. 2. The unit is kind of grungy and could use fresh paint, fresh grout in the bathrooms, a deep cleaning, mold destroyer, and some decor. I’m not confident the room was cleaned well from the previous occupants. I wiped something off the bathroom counter with a piece of toilet paper and a bit of water and it came off easily. There was hair on the bathroom floor. There’s some gross wads of wet paper towels that were left on the balcony. Some of the drinking glasses did not seem well cleaned. 3. Specifically asked if the building has a lift, but apparently my question wasn’t specific enough. I should have asked if it has a WORKING elevator. It’s not working. 4. Description stated beds have foam tops, but if there are foam tops, they are only 1 cm thick since I clearly feel the mattress springs. We’re on night 2 of a 20 night stay. Might need to see about finding another place to stay because the smell really is that bad. It’s unfortunate that this old palace is really showing its age.

Our apartment had a beautiful view, but the terrace and furniture did not look very tidy. There was also no parasol, which would have been handy. We read a few times in other reviews that there is a typical sewer smell and that is true, but you can also smell that in other places in Lisbon, so there may be little they can do about it. The kitchen was well equipped, as was the bathroom, but the water in the bath had difficulty draining, causing dirt to remain on the bottom (from predecessors...). We were unlucky that the washing machine did not work, which we reported immediately. A manager (?) came to look at it, but he couldn't solve it. They called a technician and he was supposed to come by on Monday, but no one saw anyone and no one heard from them again... The manager did quickly do our laundry in another apartment once, which was very friendly! We did our next laundry in the launderette in the well-known street just next to it, which of course also cost us some money that was not actually foreseen. It has been stated here several times that the elevator was out of use and unfortunately this was also the case when we arrived. This was repaired about 2 days later, but unfortunately, after 1 day someone was stuck in the elevator for 2 hours, which was broken again. The manager (same as the washing machine) turned out to be present and suggested that we carry the groceries upstairs, this is really very friendly, but it is a pity that this was also defective. Especially since our group has difficulty walking on those many stairs. Actually, the apartment certainly has sufficient options (especially the view is really great as well as the size of the apartment), but too little attention is paid to details in terms of hygiene, decoration, etc. If we ever return, we might book this apartment again because the location/view, but hopefully they have worked on the improvements :)!

We stayed for three nights in one of the property's apartments. Good cleanliness, very comfortable and spacious apartment. The only flaw was the broken elevator and the only window with a view was the one on the mezzanine, the others looked onto a wall. Quiet, practical and located in a perfect area for visiting the city center and having restaurants-bars-minimarket, tram and metro stop within walking distance. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic building, accessed with codes provided by the structure and you check in at an automatic console since there is no reception, which gives you the room number and the code to access it. Well done daily cleaning. The kitchen is complete with everything, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. They also provide you with a bottle of water and a tray with biscuits, jam and tea bags. Overall excellent for 4 people

The apartment was very nice and the cleaning lady very kind. Other than that, there's no one, everything online, my wife recovering from a broken leg and no elevator for three floors of walking with suitcases. Never again!

First day in Lisbon, a fire in the building, anyone in charge of the company? If after two hours when the police and firefighters had evacuated us through side stairs since everything worked with codes and there was no one responsible...the task was not easy, especially when the fire came from the emergency staircase, . The person in charge of the downstairs floor (a library foundation) was already in person after 10 minutes, unlike the company, two hours later and I suppose required by the authorities. Fortunately, nothing happened except a cold after 3 hours on the street in February with the prompt evacuation. ANY APOLOGY, OR INDICATION OF RESPONSIBILITY? None....a regrettable fact since insurance is mandatory that will cover any claim or alternative accommodation if the problem had not been solved that night.....it was not my case but there were couples with babies. Stayed for 4 days...two without an elevator and on the day of departure they had not yet fixed it, she went up with suitcases and on foot and paid for a service that was not provided (my partner came from a car accident, had recently had surgery and had mobility problems ).... When you leave there is a locker to leave your suitcases if you have a later flight, it works with coins....if they swallow them like in our case, they go down twice to the street without an elevator to ask for change. ...Otherwise, it is correct at a good price as was my case, but far from a 4*, you will be better off for the same price in any hotel with a reception and that meets expectations... It is supposed to be clean except In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, this is barely non-existent and is summarized in replacing towels and making the bed...the first day not even this was done, I suppose due to the extra work from the fire the day before...and the scarce cleaning staff cannot bear the responsibility of cutting the company's expenses....which, given what has been seen, apart from gentrifying cities and providing low-value work and expelling its inhabitants, it is unprofessional in terms of service and maintenance... furniture deteriorated decoration, scarce and of no value, acceptable at another price and another less misleading catalogue.... Look for example at the Palacio do Governor, a fantastic 5* with one of the best spas I have ever known at the same price per night,,,, In fact, our intention is to file a complaint with the Portuguese authorities shortly. See if you are young and at an acceptable price....don't think otherwise because the only thing that saves you is the views (if they happen to be yours) and a very charming Pombalino building...the company is disastrous.... Not even human emotion in apologizing for very serious things and lack of services... I could criticize more things but they are more vain, and a better or worse coffee maker etc... is no longer relevant...
