Worst experience ever though in the best location. So so disappointed with the cold water heater at the second night stay. ROOM 310 , First night everything fine but the room cold, second night at round 9-10 we been waiting warm water and trying to reboot the heater but still turned into cooler water when shower.. Jesus in the morning daughter got cold and I washed my hair soon it’s cold water again that I can’t do nothing but with this coldest shower ever. What’s worse, the service apartment won’t do anything or compensation for us 2 horrible experiences, excusing the heater back to normal when we checked out, seems we were liars, awful service. However , trip.com is patient and trying to assist at their best though the problem never fixed by the serviced apartments Lisbon ! We told the apartment staff we’re in a pouring rain day and wanted some warm and safe stay

this service apartment is in a convenient location. it is surprisingly spacious in both the living room and the toilet. there is no reception, and you would have to check in via a machine by the elevator. there were two things that we were not too happy about, though not deal breakers: 1) the floor was never swept, and the cleaners seemingly have brought in more dirt than we left. there were also a few ants occasionally, though it’s completely negligible. 2) the hangers in the toilet were extremely tall, leaving no convenient space to hang your clothes. but overall we would still recommend this place

Worth the price

The location is convenient. There are bars and restaurants downstairs, so it will be noisy at night, but there is no sound after closing the doors and windows. This time I arranged a room on the top floor. There is a small terrace in the room, which is very comfortable.

The apartment is located a few minutes from the Cais do Sodre station, and approximately 15 minutes from the Commerce Square, so you can walk without any problem. The apartment is quite spacious, clean and with everything you need (towels, hairdryer, small kitchen). We have not had any problems with the noise of the elevator, it is true that we woke up early (8:00) to be able to take advantage of the days, in short it is quiet and you can rest without problem. It also has a locker area on the second floor to store suitcases/backpacks, ideal if you arrive early or leave late. It works with €2 coins. The only drawback I have is that check-in can be done three days before online, but it is very error-prone, perhaps it is better to do it on the accommodation's machine.

Overall, it was good. The self-check-in was also okay. However, the entrance is not clearly marked, so you need to be careful when entering from the side (back) shown in the photo introducing the hotel. If you enter from the entrance where you can see Asensor da Bica (a small door next to a store like a wine bar), you can check in easily. It would be good if the accommodation introduction site provided a detailed explanation.

The stay was good, but we have to point out that the extra bed was very uncomfortable, it was unmade and the sheet they left was dirty.

The apartment has everything you could wish for for a short stay in Lisbon. It is very centrally located, clean and has pleasant furnishings. Bars, sights and supermarkets are all within easy reach. And the famous tram as well. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not available for a few days and the registration process took some getting used to, at least after a night flight + delay (without further enquiry by email, no information was sent to the system beforehand). Recommended despite the small defects!
