The room was clean and beautiful. The receptionists are very friendly. Will be staying here again!

Reception is available 24 hours. The room is compact. Lift is available to access the floors. Machine coffee also available.

We stayed for 2 nights , Perfect location ,Hotel is on the door of. Metro, very clean and very comfortable bed . We enjoyed live in the Hotel. Whenever we visit Lisbon , book again, Recommend to my friends and family. Excellent

The address of the hotel shown on the website is different from where the front desk is located. When I arrived at the front door of the address, I found that it was locked and nobody answered the door. I waited for a while, and finally, a lady came from the other way and told me the registration desk was in another place which was 100 meters away. Except for this inconvenience, everything was fine. A 10-euro breakfast is great.

Rooms are quite small and wet but good for the price overall

I had a nice stay, great location. Really useful having a mini fridge to store snacks, air con and shower were good. I would ask the hotel to treat some of the facilities within the room - there was mould in the shower probably from regular use, room 209 for reference.

Well cleaned room

Enjoyed a brief but comfortable overnight stay here. The room was small but comfortable (the bathroom was almost the same size as the room), the staff at the City Hotel were friendly, efficient and helpful. Located very close to two Metro stations and with plenty of nearby shops and eating places.

Everything was perfect ,the receptionist on my last day where a life savers ( sorry I don't remember they names ). Just some.thungs are missing in like coffee , a sponge to wash up the dishes amd maybe spend a little money in better pillows. But apart of that is definitely a great place to stay 😊

The hotel apartment is a large room, including an open kitchen, a bar, two single beds, a single sofa bed, and a bathroom. The facilities are relatively complete, including induction cooker, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, as well as complete sets of tableware and cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine without dryer. The one we were given was on the underground floor (because of the slope, the entrance side is the underground floor, and the room window side is the first floor). There is a terrace where you can dry clothes. Opposite the terrace are local residents. There is an additional charge for room service, but towels are changed and the trash is taken out every day. The transportation is convenient. The subway station is right outside the door. Tram No. 28 runs past the door. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spots. It is not far from the airport. The taxi costs about 5 euros. There are supermarkets such as LIDL nearby.

Overall it's good. Except for the fact that it's noisy and not soundproofed, and the surrounding area is a little unsafe, everything else is good. After all, it's cheap. The service attitude is also very good!

The family apartment is well-equipped, the sanitation is OK, the transportation is convenient, and it is close to the subway station, but the subway is noisy. It is very convenient to get from the airport to the apartment. The hotel service attitude is very satisfactory. The bathroom is too small for taking a shower. I forgot to take pictures. The overall feeling is good.
