Was not happy with their service for being a 5 star hotel. Lots of miscommunication and mistakes. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend/family.

The rooftop pool is excellent, with a nice view of the city and ocean and friendly and helpful staff. It's open 24 hours which is a big bonus! Breakfast was delicious and the egg custard tarts were too good and added a few cm to my waist.

Amazing ad Always. The staff is very attentive . Breakfast is the best i have had . Hotel facilities are modern and and very chic . Will most definitely be back .

Good stay. 2minutes walk from blue metro line. Polite staff welcomes you and help with any tips for the city. Room have coffee machine and kettle. Swimming pool and good city view at the 13th floor hotel roof. Breakfast also amazing selection.

The service is very warm, from the front desk to breakfast, they are all smiling. The water is free to drink, and you can call the front desk to send it after drinking, which is very good in Europe. The location is also good, and it is not far from Liberty Avenue. I didn't try public transportation so I'm not sure, but you can take a bolt, which will be cheaper than a taxi.

Very nice hotel, I thought it was not impressive at first, but after a closer look, it pays great attention to details, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very rich. Recommended. And the hotel let me check in after getting off the plane in the morning to relieve the fatigue of the journey.
