Very friendly service by the staffs everywhere. Great location within walking distance from all the places of interest. Only wish that they have USB ports by the bedside though. This has been a standard at other hotels I have been.

Hotel is big, a bit old in general, but it was comfortable. Room has everything what we needed, it is spacious and also has the amazing city view. Very good breakfast. Tram 28 stop and metro are right near the hotel. Supermarket is in the same building.

Excellent location. Close to Tram 28 station and metro station. Presence of supermarket on the ground floor. Spacious, tidy and comfortable room. Breakfast was perfect with sufficient choice of food and drinks. Staff was friendly. The only issue was the number of elevators was limited so the waiting time was a little bit long. But I would still recommend Hotel Mundial.

I went for a 2-week trip to Spain and Portugal with 2 friends, and this is the one with the best service. Immediate response to our request, e.g. making up the sofa bed (2 helpers immediately delivered an extra bed with blankets/ pillows and everything) And quite a lot of free refreshment in the room, e.g. pastels, a large bottle of free water, a small bottle of Port wine, coffee, etc...) And there is a kettle in the room (turned out what seems to be essential in most East-Asians hotels are not commonly provided in most hotels in Spain and Portugal, but this one got it!!) Would recommend it!

Decent hotel with great location in a walking distance of many interesting places in Lissabon. Staff is friendly and helpful, every question answered with a smile. Breakfast do not leave much room for complaint. Roof terrace might be additional plus in spring/summer time.

AC barely worked. It would randomly turn off at night and we would wake up sweating. Bed was awful, very stiff. We smelled smoke in our room when we returned one day, it was explained it came from another room. To solve it, they came and sprayed heavy air freshener. Since there was no ventilation in the room, we breathed air freshener for days. Old hotel at a great location, beautiful rooftop patio. But not worth the sleepless nights

The staff are responsible, positive and enthusiastic. The location is excellent, close to the attractions, and it is also the meeting point or pick-up point for many day trips. The price is reasonable

The location is great. You can take tram number 28 right in front, and the staff are all friendly.

The location is in the center of the city and the distance to other tourist attractions is close, so I am very satisfied!! However, when I went, there was a group of tourists, so it took too long to check in. Even when I went to collect my luggage after check-out, the service was not good because no one of the staff helped me. It's an old building, so the facilities are outdated, but the overall size of the room was large, and the bed was too low and not soft, so I felt a little uncomfortable. Still, the location was the best, so everything was possible on foot.

The sanitation conditions are average, the cleaning is sloppy, and the room layout is okay. small room

Actually, I had booked a more economical three-star hotel on another booking site, but when I looked at the details carefully, I found that this facility does not have an elevator, so I hurriedly booked this hotel. changed to You were right! It's a four-star hotel, so it's not luxurious, but it's close to the subway station, so it's convenient to move around, and the room is spacious and clean. I was a little worried that it was noisy outside until late at night, but I slept while listening to music with earphones. There was a supermarket on the first floor of the hotel, which was convenient for buying water and sweets. Then there was platform of the 28th toramu which was popular among tourists immediately in front of the eyes and nose of this hotel, and people lined up considerably, but were convenient. On the way back, I took an Uber to the airport, but the distance was close, so the fare was 6.5 euros. Breakfast has kind as such, and is passable. There is an Asian food court right next to the hotel, and since this is the second city I've traveled to in Europe, I wanted to eat soon.

Stayed for 3 people. I was very surprised by the triple bed location, but the bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast is delicious and recommended.
