The overall feeling of staying in this hotel is not bad. The breakfast variety is very rich. The only thing lacking is that because the restaurant waiter is not very active, the customer needs to ask him for tea before serving.

Last year, l contacted the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon to inform them that we would like to book the Executive Junior Suite and provided the dates that we would be staying there for our honeymoon as we going to be getting married in September 2022. This was our 5th time staying at this 5* hotel over the last few years.   On our arrival we were greeted by the friendly concierge and went to the reception to check in. The receptionist was very friendly and welcomed us to the hotel and then checked our dates were correct. We were informed that they had upgraded our room since it was our honeymoon and its going to be a surprise, we were not expecting this and was very excited to see what she meant. Before we left to go to our room, she explained that the Sky Lounge was being refurbished and not in use, but we would receive a 30€ voucher to use for each day we were staying at the hotel and could be redeemed several ways within the hotel. This was excellent as it gave us the flexibility of what we wanted to use it for. We thanked her for the upgrade and the vouchers and we were taken to the room. We really did not know what to expect but when we got in the room we were lost for words.... The room was absolutely beautiful and stunning and had the biggest bed we have ever seen. The Suite was luxurious and had a huge bathroom with a large bath and separate large shower and twin sinks. There was a walk in wardrobe and space to put your luggage, everywhere was superbly clean. There is a sofa and arm chair with foot rest, minibar which came with free water, juice and nibbles each day as part of the upgrade benefit.   We want to personally thank Corinthia for the unexpected upgrade to such a fantastic room that enhanced our honeymoon stay and we love staying there so much that we have already booked again and extended our stay as we don't want to stay anywhere else because we are so happy with the staff that are friendly and the amazing array of choices at breakfast time. Corinthia always look after returning guests as well as new guests.   If you want a first class 5*hotel, with impeccable service, we highly recommend you book your next stay at this hotel, you will not regret it.  Mr and Mrs Bennett

My wife and I just returned from 6 nights at the Corinthia and found the entire experience delightful. Most significantly, it was the service ethic of the Corinthia staff that so pleased us. Clearly, management have spent time recruiting the right people and training them well. From those at the front door, to the reception staff, guest services, waiters and bar people, they were all tremendous.  We had a great room on Level 20. We had booked directly with the hotel and booked a suite which gave us that extra room which is really beneficial when staying for 6 nights.  We ate at all 3 dining options: Tempus Lounge, Soul Garden and Erva and enjoyed the food, service and ambience in each. All 3 have a different style and proposition which we enjoyed and the staff were friendly, professional and also fun. In addition, the breakfast area is big (suits conference attendees) and the vast spread of breakfast options is sensational.  We had a complimentary 30-minute massage in the spa which came with our room booking. The masseurs were excellent.  The hotel is located in a business district outside the main downtown area which some may find a disadvantage and the hotel has no shuttle downtown. However, Ubers are plentiful and downtown is probably a 15 minute trip. In addition, the Yellow Hop Hop off bus stop is a five minute walk away which we took advantage of for 2 days.  Overall, we were delighted and having stayed at the London Corinthia, the chain is fast becoming our favourite.

Breakfast is generous, extra bed is available, children can be brought, and children must have an extra bed. There are few kettles, please bring your own hot water.
