Why is this a four-star hotel?
The hotel itself is not particularly pretty or clean, it's very basic, and the customer service of the staff is the same as that of a local supermarket. I got the impression that they were working lazily.

Great hotel overall - great location, great room size, loved the free water, bathrobe and slippers too which is fairly rare in Europe.

The hotel service is acceptable. Some employees are very nice and polite, but some are indifferent. The room is tidy and well cleaned, but the bottled water in the hotel room is not provided every day. , called to find out, only free bottled water will be provided on the first day of check-in; the location is good and convenient for travel.

Very good, good service, a week's in-depth tour of Portugal is enough, the location is good and it is convenient to take a taxi. Bolt is recommended, which is cheaper than Uber. I picked a picture of my favorite attractions haha

The hotel is located in the city center, the room is not small, and the bathroom is in good condition. The only drawback is that there is construction going on around and it's a bit noisy.
