Location is perfect so close to metro and in quiet old town,we walked down to the cruise port in half hour I really liked the room and people were nice to us 🙂

My flight to Lisbon got delayed and I did not have time anymore to reach the hotel before the 11pm closing time. I tried to reach them to discuss the situation and they were unresponsive. Once I managed to have someone on the phone they were not helpful at all and didn't really care if I was going to sleep under a bridge. They also told me that they were going to refund me the next day, which they have not done and now the person is just ghosting me.

It is cleaned frequently every day and kept clean. Employees are very kind. There are some supermarkets nearby. You can cook simple meals using the microwave oven, IH cooking heater, and kettle in the kitchen. Lisbon's main attractions can be reached on foot. There are many homeless people around, but there is no particular problem. Peace. Easy access to subway stations, buses and trams. Room rates are cheap.
