Hm... the unmotivated service attitude is not surprising I guess if toy spend enough time in this place?

I really liked the hospitality at Emerald house. My mother injured herself during our stay in Lisbon and the staff at Emerald house were really helpful! They gave us an upgrade to suite and i ordered all meals to room (paid service). When we had to go to hospital , the staff helped with my mother. Also, the check in and check out was super quick. The only missing thing is it’s not wheelchair friendly and they also do not have a wheelchair for emergencies. But this is usual it seems.

Staff were very friendly and helpful My room was very clean and matched exactly what I saw online. I recommend this room for singles or couples who arent traveling with too much luggage. Travellers from outside the EU - remember to bring all your toiletries as hotels here dont keep single use items in the bathroom. However, im sure you could have asked. Location is good but keep in mind its not in the most central location. But it has bus stands 1 minute away from the hotel, so easy to get to all major locations. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend

The hotel is off the beaten track, in a residential part of city. The walk to the city from here is doable, but even if you don’t, Uber ride is affordable. Nice quaint restaurants litters the area. The room size, shower, bed is spot on. So for those that have a partner that likes to bring big suitcases for their make up and pretty lil things… this is the place for value

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The room is very clean and tidy, and the service staff is friendly. Dinner and breakfast are good.

The room is relatively small, but the environment is clean and comfortable, and the service is good. Dinner can be settled at the hotel. The front desk of the stomachache also helped to write down the address of the nearby pharmacy. Quiet at night is very close to the attractions of Belem. Generally recommended.
