Since I chose this hotel for its price and its closeness to the airport, I was surprised at how swank it was. However, when I went to print my boarding pass, I couldn't get the printer to work. After some struggle, I asked a nice young lady at the desk and she said that the printer hookup didn't work and used her own printer to print it off for me. That gives a sense of how nice and professional the desk workers were. However, I wish that someone had put up a sign saying that the printer was down so that I would not have wasted so much time. Also, my room did not have enough toilet paper, I enjoyed the coffee maker in the room once I realized that I had to stick my doorkey (card) in a slot by the door in order to have any electricity. The room had USB ports so I did not have to use a converter to charge my phone, The room was clean and attractive and all the rooms seem to have a balcony. Mine looked out on the rotary and a gas station. The food was fabulous. The goat cheese salad and the watermelon gazpacho were amazing. The breakfast buffet consisted of hot dishes, cheeses, cold cuts, cut up fresh fruits and a whole shelf of pastry. I would come back!

Parque das Nacoes
A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. We had a spacious room just off the corridor which was quiet and overlooking the train station where we could watch the planes take off and land. On the 18th floor you could hear no noise at all which meant a great sleep for us all, plus proper blackout curtains. The beds were really comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and mini bar in the room. Also toiletries and hair dryer provided in the bathroom. The staff (and every Portuguese person I met) were all lovely and accommodating, from reception, cleaners and waiting staff. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Plenty of options for all. The hotel was really clean throughout. Good WiFi. A great hotel for a central stay close to the airport (around 10 mins by taxi). Easy to get around with the train station so close but taxis are relatively inexpensive if preferred. We would stay again.
