Breakfast has lots of variety, room is clean with great view, but no washer/ dryer for laundry, and air conditioner wouldn’t go lower than 25 degree, plus comforter is very heavy thick, too hot to sleep

A very clean, beautiful hotel that offers good services and rich selections of breakfast. I enjoyed my 3 days of stay there while visiting my friends. I will book the hotel again next time I come to Lishui.

This hotel does not have business license at a visible location for consumers. This hotel also refuses provide invoice/proof of stay for me to file reimbursement. The front desk staff was unable to find my reservations due to them using Chinese on non-Chinese passport customer (myself). They front desk staff were also not professional due to lack of training.

Very nice hotel with a parking equipped of charging station

There was only one chinese restaurant where they only catered group guest. And the "All Day Dining Restaurant" did not open for dinner and no room service provided. So, consider you do not have chinese yuan and no wechat pay on your phone, should consider bringing your own snack if you stay here. Also, this is the only hotel that they charge their guest RMB150 for using their gym.

The hotel is awesome. It is just a pity, that they don't offer more dinner possibilities (for example a dinner Buffet).

The hotel has a good location, it is in the central area, the internal environment is very good, the underground parking lot is also large and there are charging piles, but the room soundproofing is a bit poor, the service is OK~

It is connected to the hotel next door, and the hardware is definitely benefited from the hotel next door. It seems luxurious but there is no swimming pool, which is incomprehensible. There was no welcome fruit when checking in. I called and a simple banana and a pear were delivered. I forgot what else. As a platinum member of Ctrip, I wanted to upgrade the room, but was told that the hotel had a company booking more than 500 rooms for a meeting, and there were no vacancies for upgrading. This is really good luck. The lobby concierge did not take the initiative to carry the luggage. The staff was slow to respond to emergencies, inexperienced, and unprofessional. For a room price of more than 500, I can't ask for too much, and can only enjoy such service.

Baoting Hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, bright and clean, the view is very good, the electric curtains are very advanced, the breakfast is very rich and tastes very good. The hotel lobby is magnificent!

The room rate also includes a breakfast, which is rich and has Lishui characteristics. The house is bigger than expected, and the lobby atrium is almost comparable to many luxury hotels. I went to Jinyun the next day, so I only stayed for one night.

My experience from check-in to check-out for 2 days: There were 2 front desks when I checked in, one was receiving guests and the other was answering the phone. I didn't receive a single smile when I walked to the counter! After checking in hastily, I stayed in the room for nearly 2 hours and found that the air conditioner was useless. I took 2 showers at 30℃ on a hot day. As soon as I lay down, I sweated all over my body, which was comparable to a steam steam. After calling customer service, a maintenance worker came about 30 minutes later, holding a climbing maintenance ladder and jumping up and down in the room. There were guests in the room at the time. After the maintenance master repaired it for nearly half an hour without success, I couldn't stand it and told him, "Don't repair it. I'm here to stay in the hotel, not to see you repair the air conditioner. Go and report to the leader." He said okay and left. Then I waited for them to call me for a solution. I waited for nearly an hour and didn't receive their customer service call, so I got angry and called them and threw a tantrum. After the hot words, they changed my room and told me that the minibar was free to use as compensation. It was already early in the morning, so I said let's rest first! The next day, they didn't respond to the incident at all. When I checked out, the two front desk staff were also stupid and didn't smile at all. The housekeeping, coffee shop waiters, floor waiters, breakfast waiters... all of them didn't have the awareness of smiling. There is a natural difference between the staff in small cities and those in big cities! Finally, after I left the hotel, I found that I forgot my toiletry bag in the hotel, and the hotel has not contacted me yet... So, I wrote so much, I feel that this hotel is the worst one among all the hotels I have stayed in! Although the room price is not cheap!
