The hotel has an underground parking lot for self-driving tours. The sanitation is OK and the rooms are OK. However, the hotel's air conditioner is too noisy and I didn't sleep well all night.

The room and the environment were quite satisfactory, but after the child took a shower at night, he found that the water retaining ***** in the bathroom was leaking, and the floor outside the sink was full of water. The room was booked through Ctrip and the experience was extremely poor. Two important points should be mentioned: 1) When I checked in that day, the front desk told me that the business king room I booked was only available on the ground floor. After I checked the room with the cleaning lady, I found that it was not suitable. On the one hand, the restaurant might be close to that room. Probably because of the smell of restaurant food in the corridor, so I communicated with the front desk later to see if I could change to a room upstairs. The front desk said that this was the only room I had booked for the business king bed room. After communicating for about 3 minutes, , the leader probably came over, and after understanding my needs, he told the front desk that I could change to a room on the second floor. After I checked in, I hurried out for dinner. When I came back after 10 o'clock, the more I looked at the room, the more I felt it was a little different. First, it was too small. Second, the layout and furnishings of the room were different from the business king bed I had booked. The rooms were completely different. I later checked on Ctrip and found that they were really different rooms. The hotel gave me a Yaju double bed room, and the room sizes were also very different. Later, I went downstairs to the front desk and asked to change to the business king room I had booked. After a long negotiation, the front desk called her manager, and the hotel manager agreed to refund me the price difference of 80 yuan (in cash). I ordered a business king room. The price per night is 593 yuan. Later, I was asked to cancel the room for the next day on Ctrip (because I booked it for 2 nights), and the front desk helped ** check out. The reason was that I changed my itinerary or something, and it was not the hotel's problem anyway. 2) It was breakfast the next day. I was queuing up in front of the freshly cooked wonton stall. I waited for a long time before it was my turn. There were two of us, so we ordered two portions. I got one first and another one at the table. Cooking, so I was still waiting in front. During this process, a person came next to me. I must know the aunt who cooked the wontons. They were chatting (in Lishui dialect, I couldn’t understand). I thought it was just another tenant. Waiting. When the second bowl was ready, the aunt directly gave it to the person who came from behind. I told him that I was in front of the queue, and the aunt told me that he was in a hurry. I didn’t understand what “urgent” meant. Not everyone queues up to get it. It’s wontons! Later, the man said that his car was parked on the side of the road, and I realized that this man was not a guest of the hotel, but maybe an acquaintance, friend, or even my aunt's family. It was these two things that made my experience very poor. I felt like we were being treated as ***. Although I had booked a business king room, I was given an elegant king room during check-in. If I had not discovered the difference, I would not have been refunded. Gave it to me.

What is extremely speechless is that after I called the hotel manager to complain, she said that according to common sense, guests usually wake up before 11:00 in the morning, so the guest rooms will be cleaned? Speechless? I literally died laughing! What does it mean to follow common sense? ? I will call Ctrip later to complain! In all these years of staying in hotels, I have never encountered such a *** hotel manager!

The hotel is still in trial operation, and all facilities are new. The location of the hotel is also easy to find, just behind Lishui College. The toilet seat in the bathroom is automatically heated and flushed automatically. The size of the big bed room is a little bit crowded, the bed is very soft, you can wake up Xiaodu by voice, turn on the TV, turn on the lights and open the curtains for you, etc. There are many types of breakfast, and the attitude of the service staff is very good. That is, the temperature of the hot water in the water heater has not been adjusted well. In such a winter, the heat of the hot water is not enough.

Poor front desk service 1. The waiter at the reception was as rude as anyone who owed him money. 2. When I called just now, Brother Shao who answered the phone at the front desk looked like he owed him money and yelled at me. 3. I obviously left my earphones in the hotel, but I bluntly said I didn’t see them. 4. How can such a hotel be worth the money? It deserves the bad reviews.

The experience was so bad. When I checked in, I told them to arrange a quiet room on a high floor, but they deliberately gave me a room with echoes near the road. I didn't sleep well the whole night. Later I found out that I had booked a mountain view room, but it didn't work. I was given this kind of room, which was too bad. In addition, the fruit provided by the hotel was obviously not sincere. I will not come back!

Service attitude is very good. It's a little taste of the newly opened, there is an infinity pool on the roof, and free tea is provided in the room. Air conditioning is powerful. Automatic curtains and screens.

地理位置優越，遠離鬧市，遠離喧囂，臨近麗水學院，風景很好。 設施齊全，比較新，衹是前排距離停車入口過於近，停車口設定不合理，接人的車按喇叭會嚴重影響居住體驗。安靜的環境遇上刺耳的喇叭噪音難以接受。 房間內設施缺少冰箱，提供的免費飲用水兩瓶，過於低端的品牌與酒店定位不符。另外桌子上面放置的茶葉，竟然是收費的！容易誤導客人。體驗感差！！ 服務態度一般，早餐還算豐富。

第一，位置比較偏僻，周邊沒有任何商業中心和飯店 第二，房間裏燈上有蜘蛛網，灰塵比較多，這個應該是入住率低導致的 第三，房間沒有香皂或者洗手液，牙刷也是需要前台領用的，感覺像如家快捷酒店的檔次 第四，最重要，半夜有女人敲門説提供上門服務，早上和前台溝通，説是外面的人隨機來的，不是酒店服務人員。我深信應該不是酒店內的人員，但是可以精準的半夜三點敲門，進入酒店，客户私隱、安保和管理是個嚴重問題 第五，之前的評論看到有人説早餐豐富，我看是**。早餐非常差，沒啥吃的 總體感覺，垃圾酒店

酒店環境非常好，園林式的佈局，以及那些精心設計的花壇和小徑，寧靜而優雅。房間內設施完善，衞生乾淨整潔，可以用一塵不染形容，寬敞的空間讓我感到無比舒適，每一處細節都體現了酒店的用心和精緻。酒店還擁有一個寬敞的游泳池，作為一名游泳愛好者享受暢遊的快樂。早餐種類豐富多樣，新鮮可口，這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。無論是環境、設施還是服務都讓人倍感滿意，強烈推薦這家酒店！
