Our stay at the Lismore Gateway Motel was highly enjoyable.
The staff were so accommodating and friendly and truly went out of their way to provide exceptional service. The rooms and grounds are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness.
I highly recommend this motel to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Lismore.

We visited Lismore Gateway Motel during the Covid 19 Pandemic at a time when the travel restrictions had just been lifted. This caused a surge in the numbers of people travelling and we were lucky to get a booking. The pandemic had caused staff shortages across the hospitality industry and Lismore Gateway Motel was also dealing with this problem.
Brad and his team were very professional in the way they dealt with problems arising from this situation. They worked hard to ensure that their guests were comfortable and satisfied with their stay and the services provided by the motel.
We have family in Lismore and will be staying at Lismore Gateway Motel on all our future visits.

First visit back to Lismore since the border came down for work. The Gateway has coped well during this time and although the restaurant wasn’t dine in due do needing staff, the room service offering was great for dinner and breakfast. I needed somewhere to hang around and meet with a new colleague in the morning and was still welcome after checkout. Sandi and Ashleigh made me feel so welcome after a hard day on the road and it will stay my Lismore home from home

I had a short but great stay at the Lismore Gateway and it was fantastic. The staff were so helpful with every part of my stay and I will be staying there again when in the area. I have stayed in many motels/hotels and this was by far one of the cleanest placed ever... If there was one thing that I would mention that could've been better and it's only minor, my room service was a little cold when it arrived.

We stayed there for the recent cricket tournament and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were good and rooms were clean and tidy. Despite not having the restaurant open, they were very accommodating of our team having meals around the pool at the end of the evening.
