Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Sehr sauber und absolut freundliches Personal. Wir fanden es klasse und kommen gern wieder. Die Zimmer könnten zwar so langsam einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen aber der Preis passt. Die Lage ist List ist zentral

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Die Aussicht aufs Meer prächtig. Das Frühstück einfach super. Wenn wir wieder nach Sylt reisen dann nur in dieses Hotel!
Leider war der Strandweg wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt. Sehr schade, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Stylisch eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gutes Restaurant für Café und Abendessen. Die Zimmerreinigung kann noch optimiert werden. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir sind „Wiederholungstäter“. Aber vorerst werden wir nicht mehr hier buchen. Hauptgrund: die Strandpromenade ist voll gesperrt wegen Einsturzgefahr. Heißt, kaum noch Wege um entspannt mit dem Hund zu laufen, da die (meist) sehr rücksichtslosen Radfahrer dicht und schimpfend an einem vorbei rasen. Aber auch der Service hat nachgelassen. Die Zimmer wurden z.T. erst um 16 Uhr gereinigt, beim Frühstück muss ein einzelner Mitarbeiter alle Gäste versorgen. Personalmangel pur, aber da die Preise mit rund 200€/Nacht eher Oberklasse sind, darf man definitiv mehr erwarten als man aktuell bekommt. Auch der Verkehr vor dem Hotel hat zugenommen. Ruhige Nächte beim teureren Meerblick Zimmer sind daher nicht möglich. Die Rezeption ist meist nur von 8-16 Uhr besetzt. Schade, dass dem männlichen Rezeptionisten in den wenigen Stunden nur selten ein „Hallo“ über die Lippen kommt. Aber für nur wenig mehr Geld bekommt man deutlich besseres auf der Insel. Daher werden wir vorerst einem anderen Hotel den Vorzug geben.

Im Hotel sind allerdings viele Hunde , leider auch im Restaurant, im Fahrstuhl..
Für die Sauna gibt es keine Bademäntel und zu wenig Handtücher

Frühstück gut. Bedienung freundlich. Hotelservice nicht vorhanden! Rezeption nur zeitweise besetzt. Zimmerreinigung sehr oberflächlich! Für die Hotelkategorie alles sehr mäßig!
