Litang Tianzhu Hotel Reviews

We booked a room right before arriving. We were able to check in immediately. To be honest, the room had everything we needed: a warm shower, a kettle for tea, a radiator. The only "issue" is that one of the two beds was unmade and the shower seemed like it had just been used. No real problem for us as we only needed one bed, but it was definitely was a bit weird.

The lift was out of function, the heated bed was broken down on purpose (plugs were cut through), there was no hot water and the person at the service desk wouldn’t wake up from his hibernation to help us on several occasions. Furthermore Litang was very cosy

Good location just few minutes walking away from the ancient town and near restaurants. Good service. Clean. Big room. No restaurant but there are many places to eat just next door. Parking available.

Great hotel extremely close to the downtown. The hotel staff speaks a bit of English and in general very helpful. Really liked this place Before going to Litang try to spend few days in Kangding to get used to the altitude. Litang is at 4000 meters so many people feel bad.

The room is large, decorated with magnificent furniture. The facilities are a bit old, the elevator is sometimes good and sometimes bad, and the electric water heater is not connected. The front desk service is warm and decent, with a good attitude. The parking lot is large and convenient.

The wifi doesn't work well. The electric blanket is not warm at all. The water pressure in the shower is weak. The only advantage is that foreigners can stay here.

The lights are dim, there is no air conditioning, there is no floor heating, there is not even a bottle of mineral water in the room, and there is no need to call, it is just bad anyway.

The sanitation and facilities are very poor and the lighting is very dim One shower is big and the other is small. The water pressure is very unstable. It doesn't feel safe to take a shower. The hot water stored in the water heater is also very limited. It is difficult for two people to take a good shower.

The decoration is very luxurious, but the lighting is not used to it
