Scp Mendocino Inn and Farm

Quiet and clean. Outside area could use some cleaning and spiffing up. Staff was excellent and breakfast was great.

Well managed property, close to nature with farm animals. Breakfast was good and they had reserved parking with name tag for each guest.

We ate our breakfast (which was delivered to the room each morning) at the table in front of the big picture window looking out to the ocean. Short drive to the town of Mendocino and a 15 minute drive to Fort Bragg. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious.

This Inn is lovely. We could only stay a night. I could have stayed 3! We enjoyed a spacious suite with an electric fireplace, comfy couch and small table. The style is modern yet cozy- think Danish. French doors opened to a small porch with chairs overlooking a lovely garden and a field with llamas. It was rainy durning our stay but we still enjoyed the view. This Inn is tucked off the highway - not on the Oceanside. We could still see the water from our window. The bed was excellent and pillows not too thick or stiff. Very comfortable! A delicious homemade breakfast arrives in a basket at 8 or 9 am. It includes a carafe of what tasted like fresh squeezed orange juice. Excellent! We enjoy our coffee in the morning. There was no coffee in the room rather a closet type space outside our door and shared by others. It opens to the outdoors with coffee, tea, hot water, a fridge and microwave, it was a tad inconvenient in stormy weather. The steeps coffee was quite good. We will return!

Lovely, peaceful stay.

The coffee in little triangle bags was not good. The delivered breakfast was delicious, and right on time. The gal at the front desk was totally delightful, and very gifted in hospitality. Common in door area was beautiful with hanging swinging chairs.

Beautiful location, quiet and serene. The suite we had was really nice. There were 2 things we felt need to be addressed to make this perfect. 1. The skylight needs to fixed so it closes completely. 2. The ocean view windows needed cleaning. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful and well thought out. Loved feeding the chickens and our suite is gorgeous. Had a fire in the fireplace and excited for our breakfast to be delivered at 8 this morning.

We arrived contemporaneously with our most recent atmospheric River, with high winds and lots of rain. Power went out all along the Mendocino coast, but we had a fireplace (and plenty of wood) to help us keep warm. The staff assured as that we could move into the main lodge if we wanted, where they had generator back up. We happily stayed put, and they got us power ahead of schedule. We had an incredible view, and would happily recommend a stay. Plus, the llamas were amusing to watch!
