Sierra, Orlando, Shania and Amy all showed Excellent People skills, Very professional staff. We will be back. The Hotel was excellent in cleanliness, Staff very friendly, food was excellent both days. Very polite, enjoyed the atmosphere.

Everybody was so friendly and helpful during our business trip. The conference rooms were set up perfectly and the banquet dinners were excellent. Excellent I would definitely recommend coming to this hotel for a vacation or for any business needs.

My grandmother and I stayed here at the holiday inn presidential suite for a congregation assembly and it was amazing! I loved the room it was so nice and the food at the restaurant in the hotel was delicious that itself was a 5 star rating. The staff are all so nice and welcoming they are also funny. I’ve become best friends with my front desk cutie Amy! She knows me so well it’s crazy I’ve only been here for 3 nights. I know she gave me the very top floor on purpose cause I’m scared of heights I think I’d absolutely come back and stay just for fun with the staff.

They advertise room service but there is none… then when we called to put in an order for pick up we were put on hold for 10 minutes before being disconnected. Was really clean tho.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty. Bathroom is a little small for the room to be considered king.. overall I was very pleased.

Nice, clean rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is outside and a little small but my daughter loved it. Amy at the front desk was so nice and very helpful. Shes amazing. We had dinner at Camp David. Everything was very tasty and large portions. I would definitely visit again.

I had the unfortunate event of having a water heater leak in my house. I was stressed thinking where was I going to stay as I was going to be displaced for a little while. The moment I stepped through the doors and was greeted by Amy, I knew I had picked the right place. She was so pleasant and made checking in a breeze. Orlando at the front desk was very helpful as well. The hotel lobby and room were very clean. Housekeeping folks were so friendly and did a great job keeping the room tidy and stocked up. I even talked to a number of the guests at breakfast and they also had great things to say about this hotel. I know there is not a perfect hotel and I did find one flaw, the size of the TV (it was tiny) I know this is minor and if this is the only thing I found negative that is a lot to say about this hotel. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and the front desk can make or break your stay. Amy and Orlando set the tone for my whole stay. Can't say enough great things about this place. Don't hesitate to book here!
