Everything about this guest house is excellent. The owners are friendly and helpful whilst the decor is beautiful and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is a lovely variety of continental pastries, fruit, yogurt and granola. There is cereal and top grade coffee too. Treat yourself and visit Richard and Mark at the East Beach. You won’t be disappointed.

We are regulars at the East Beach now, if you are visiting the area I would highly recommend staying here. Mark and Richard are great hosts, very friendly. We had a lovely vegan breakfast in the lounge. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfy bed. 5 stars 🌟

We had a very nice one night stay at East Beach. Lovely building, very tastefully decorated. The guest lounge is a lovely room to have breakfast or relax at any time. The free parking across the road is convenient. ( provide your car registration number on the email sent to register before you arrive) We were made to feel very welcome by host, Richard, who is very friendly and is happy to chat and give advise on places to visit and how to make the most of your stay.

East Beach guest House is the cleanest place I have ever stayed, each time the standard is excellent. this is the most important thing for me but so difficult to find. The furnishings and fittings are beautifully put together which just makes it the most heavenly relaxing place to stay. Richard and Mark are great hosts and their care is shown in the standard they provide, not just once but each time you visit.

Easy to find, easy parking, very friendly, clean and comfortable. We used the sitting room to relax and read before heading out for the evening which was a lovely space looking out to the sea. We enjoyed a great continental breakfast in bed. Thoroughly recommend this place if staying in little Hampton.

What a wonderful place to stay! We will definitely be back. The room/mini-suite was beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly want. There was also a kitchen and a private garden which meant we could prepare a lovely dinner which we were able to eat all fresco while watching the world go by. Our hosts were so welcoming and gave us excellent local information. Thank you East Beach Guest House for a lovely relaxing pit stop on our walking holiday.

This is such a lovely place to stay. Our room had the added bonus of a kitchen which proved very useful. Richard and Mark were great hosts and there were some nice added touches to make our stay extra-special. In particular, it was our daughter's 7th birthday and there was a card and present waiting for her on arrival. The breakfast was great and Richard and Mark were always on hand if we needed any information about the area. Lovely lounge to relax in and great views of the sea. It was less than 5 minutes walk from the beach (even laden with bags!) and there was plenty of room in the public car park which is directly opposite the accommodation. We would highly recommend staying here and plan to stay again next time we visit Littlehampton.

We had a wonderful although brief stay. Room was very clean & comfortable and everything has been thought of. The lounge area is lovely and the provision of a wine fridge and (very nice!) wine glasses is such a great idea as means you can come back & relax after dinner out! Rich & Mark are so friendly & helpful and breakfast is the best!

After a warm welcome I was shown to a beautiful room, excellently furnished and spotlessly clean. The complimentary toiletry range was as impressive as the sparkling shower. The location is so convenient for walks along the promenade and the lovely riverside pathway. I very much enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the near future.
