Thayers Inn really exceeded my expectations. The historical nature of the hotel means that the rooms are a bit small, but very high in charm. The mattress was a bit old, but my wife and I slept comfortably. There was also lots of hot water, though the shower took some figuring out.

This hotel has a rich history and little else. It should have been torn down about 80 years ago! Our room was small and cluttered. Too much furniture for the size of the room. The sink was in the bedroom rather than the bathroom because they are trying to fit too much in a small space. The bathroom door would not shut. The cold water faucet in the shower would not turn on. There was no working vent in the bathroom so you were instructed to keep the bathroom door shut so steam would not set off the fire alarm!! There is no restaurant or bar. After using one night of our two night reservation, we checked out. We were told that we would have to talk with ******* about a refund. However, we were not told about their non-refundable policy. So the money I spent on our second un-used night was lost. If you like quaint, you might like this hotel. If you like comfort and modern amenities, go elsewhere. But make certain you only book the time you need. Next time I'm in Littleton, I will find better accomodations!!

We were not able to travel to The Thayers Inn as Littleton was expecting 20 inches of snow. We tried to reach someone at the inn for a day and a half to switch our dates. No one ever answered the phone. By the time we got a hold of someone I was told that I had to go through ******* to cancel or make changes. Are dnd if the day we did not go to the Thayers Inn, Litttleton got the snow they expected and I lost my money. Terrible customer service.

I loved the feel of being in a 200 year old hotel that has been beautifully updated, clean and comfortable.

Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Schon beim Check Inn wurden wir von der jungen Dame sehr unfreundlich behandelt.Auch beim Check out hatten wir das Pech die selbe Dame zu sehen.Uns wurde das Zimmer erneut berechnet, obwohl es bereits bezahlt war und die sehr junge, sehr unfreundliche Dame hat sich nicht bemüht, das Missverständnis zu klären.Sie sagte nur sie wäre busy und ließ uns stehen.KUNDENFREUNDLICHKEIT geht anders.Wir haben derartiges noch nie erlebt.Daher nur einen Stern.
