床單都是破的 全是洞 跟老鼠咬的一樣 晚上回來要求換床單服務態度也不好 不給解決方案 還怪我們回來太晚了不能及時換 我們回來時間酒店還有要求了？ 大半夜讓我們去換房也不把房卡送上來 要我們自己把東西收拾好下去拿又跑上去 什麼服務態度
