The location of the hotel is very good and it is convenient to go everywhere, but the decoration of the room is a bit old. The river view room is really nice. You can see the musical fountain without any obstruction at night. Thank you to the sister at the front desk for arranging the floor. Basically, a taxi ride from the hotel to various places does not cost more than 11 yuan. The advantage of the city center is that you can watch the sunrise early.

Facilities: Old, the carpets and sofas were unbearably dirty, and there was a hole as big as the bathroom door. After taking a shower, water flooded the place. Hygiene: Not good. Someone spilled some drink on the carpet next to the bed. When I was sleeping, I always smelled the smell of fruit tea mixed with the stale smell of the carpet, which was sour and refreshing. Environment: It is close to the pedestrian street and the Internet celebrity vegetable market. The surrounding area is so congested that it takes almost two hours to drive for one kilometer. Service: The front desk service is okay, the only saving grace of this hotel.

First of all, make sure the location of the hotel is right next to Wuxing Street and by the Liuhe River. There are a lot of places to eat nearby, and there are also some snail noodle shops within walking distance, which is very convenient! But apart from the location the hotel can hardly find any positive points. The service attitude of some two front desks is average (mostly ok), and they are a bit indifferent. The room was large but very old, and the hinges on the cabinet door were louder than a tractor! The view from the room was okay, but the windows were closed and there was no air circulation at all. Bedding, carpets, towels, everything was dirty. There was no wifi, and there was no signal almost the whole time. At twelve o'clock in the night, there were still staff repairing something in the equipment room, chatting loudly and putting away their mobile phones. Breakfast is average, basically nothing at nine o'clock, coffee is even instant sweet. But the breakfast room has an unparalleled view, looking across the river. Finally, the mood supplies on the table are really cheap.

灑店位置好找，離柳州站不遠，前面是風情港，左邊五星步行街，後面青雲市場，右邊柳江，早上一大早可以步行到江邊看江景，有在游泳的、有約魚的、打羽毛球的等等，接着走到青雲市場買點好吃的，再回灑店吃自助餐，然後可以出發景點遊玩，晚上回來逛五星步行街和金色大樓面前美食夜市，灑店門口肖叔叔螺螄粉也不錯。 酒店衞生乾淨，房間夠大，足足45平方，小孩剛好可以在房間練習揮拍，完美！ 自助餐很一般，可吃可不吃，想睡懶覺的不吃也不覺得浪費。 酒店工作人員服務不錯，知名酒店就不一樣， 門口打的很方便，比網約車方便，

早點出發，下午6點多回來，發理衞生沒處理，問了前台，説太忙了，沒時間打掃，經常住維也納，來昆明本來也選維也納，實在是沒有勇氣再住維也納了。衞生服務是所有維也納最最最差的一家。

首先特別感謝酒店小姐姐 ，可能暑假的問題吧，辦理入住的人特別多 我們訂的那個房間比較小吧 ，也還沒做好衞生 。小姐姐就免費升級了一個比較大的房間 ，因為坐了一天車比較累就想馬上葛優躺 。還贈送了水果零食，好暖心，這點特別感謝 還推薦了柳州的打卡點 ，螺螄粉，都沒有踩坑 下次有機會還想再來玩一次 棒棒噠

出差黨一定要避雷！ 管理和衞生一塌糊塗的酒店，除了位置方便，我已經想不到第二個優點了： 1、辦理入住半個小時後，客房的員工，在沒有任何喊話和敲門的情況下，開門就進來了，我和她都震驚了； 2、衞生條件可以看一下停車場入口，這和垃圾堆有的一拼； 3、入住期間，門鎖打不開，先是等了20分鐘，客房的人在我催了兩三次電話，才來幫我開門； 4、一開始沒覺得是自己門鎖的問題，光是下樓刷房卡，我就刷了4次；但不影響房門還是打不開； 5、前台的服務那叫一個差，在停車場進不來，打電話讓他們抬桿，多催了兩句讓他們儘快以後，直接給我吼起來了，我.... 6、隔音等於沒有。 我不知道這種酒店是怎麼掛上攜程優享會的？理解不了，你要但凡不是差到這種地步，我不會浪費時間來寫那麼多。

房間很乾凈，就在市區。去哪都很方便。樓下啥都有。吃了一圈又買了很多東西回房間吃。中間出了點小插曲，隔壁房到我房間按門鈴，被嚇了一跳，後面查監控解決了，態度很好。遺落了身份證在酒店，也及時給我打電話了。幫我郵寄回家了，好評！

嚴重差評！差評！ 首先房間窗户打不開，空調還沒有新風系統，所以房間一股超級難聞的味道！！ 然後餐廳早餐巨難吃噁心 筷子不放消毒櫃 還沒有一次性筷子 ！ 管服務員要一次性筷子 説沒有 還被摔盤子 嘴裏還嘟嘟囔囔！！ 假的維也納吧！大家避雷避雷，離他家遠點！

服務很贊，我連住2晚，前台美女小姐姐幫我們房間升級到了江景高層房，而且贈送自助早餐，樓頂無敵風景早餐廳很讚的！體驗不錯👍，下次過來柳州，還要住這家酒店☝️ 設施：自助洗衣很好，適合連續居住。

酒店位置超好，離高鐵站和附近步行街小吃街很近，還能看到無敵大江景。房間超級漂亮，乾淨衞生。本來定的是攜程通會員優惠價房間，前台小姐姐真的超讚，非常熱情，還幫我們升級了大房豪華。是我在柳州甚至桂林住店體驗最好的一次。

位置優越，出門離各景點都很近。翠翠家螺螄粉，大華幹撈粉，盧姐炒冰……… 雙床房間佈局怪怪的，衞生間門對着床，懶得換房間了，其他都還好，前台接待都很nice.
