酒店周邊有燈泡廠螺螄粉店，有個小吃街 有少量停車位。打車到窯埠古鎮、工業博物館不跳錶。
沒有電梯，行李要搬一層樓，洗衣房有一台洗衣機和一台乾衣機，滿足出行洗衣乾衣的需求。
我住的房間有股螺螄粉的香味久久不能散去，有落地窗但不能打開通風。

隔音不行，衹要周圍有人路過就能聽得很清楚。靠窗的房間也就是竹林那邊，是停車區域，車進車出，可以聽得一清二楚。我甚至圍觀了5分鐘倒車入庫...

房間一股黴味，有窗但是封了一幅牆在外面，打開窗一股腐爛植物的味道，洗手間沒打掃清理過，馬桶圈上有一口痰🤮， 淋浴間上一個人用完的肥皂都沒清理，房間觸手可及的地方也都是灰塵，床單上有不明黃色污漬，門上貓眼有之前的人用紙巾堵了，衞生非常糟糕，因為離工作地點近加疲勞自己打掃衞生了一個多小時才住下，且用酒精瘋狂消毒，使用各種隔離用品。隔音非常糟糕，半夜隔壁點外賣被拍門像拍自己門。空間大，有一塊能停雙人電動車的空地。前台人員熱心，態度好。
