If you want to sleep with cockroaches 🪳, you can order this hotel. And you will have no way to connect with the staff here, no response at all. I have to book another hotel at midnight. I asked refund but I was refused. Super disgusting experience 🤮

A good room near the railway station. It was very clean with abundant equipments, including cookers, pots, desk, and a TV. The reception was very helpful.

The apartment was clean and I had a good stay. Location wise is near lime Street station. About 9 to 10 mins walk. There are also lots of food stalls and supermarket around the area. Solo traveller to come and visit anfield and watch a match and spend few days in Liverpool.

The sanitation, area and facilities are all very good. However, there is no hot water in the shower room. The staff said that the temperature control knob is broken.

What a find, great place perfectly situated just outside the busy area of Liverpool. Easy access to everything you could need. Super helpful staff and the room was spotless. Car park 5 mins walk away.

Dated shabby place that’s not been upgraded, floor cheap Lino that’s bubbled in places - cheaply done out, no a/c - super hot rooms, windows don’t open to let in fresh air. I’ve stayed here many years ago and was happy, but now the place seems jaded tired run down, there’s - been no makeover or upgrades, rooms look dated tired - grubby bedding pillows (had moths on it ) . Pillows super hard, mattress worn springy - had the worst sleep possible. There are far better places in Liverpool that give better modern facilities at good prices. Never again.

Considering that it was eurovision and difficult to find anywhere to book, I was pleasantly surprised by Pembroke Studios. I was a late check-in, but I received excellent pre-information as to what to do (check-in desk closes at 5pm). The room was clean with plenty of facilities. The location within 10 minutes walk of the train station and the university, which I was visiting. Only one small issue, the bed was too soft - but that is because I prefer very hard beds.

Gorgeous room spacious and so clean, great little amenities to the room like a large fan ironing board and iron Pepsi and water in the fridge room was super cute and affordable would definitely stay again only thing I could fault was how warm the room was but they do provide a large fan to help with the matter the windows just need to open a bit more thank you for a lovely sTay x

Very satisfied, convenient check-in, very enthusiastic service staff, those who need to cook will definitely be very satisfied, the cooking tools are super complete, just need to buy seasonings, there is a super cheap supermarket 200 meters away, if there is a disadvantage, it is a little distance from the train station, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk.
