The staff are really nice and kind. Rooms are clean and quiet, the location of the hotel is really easy to find and convenient. A really good experience staying in liverpool!

Excellent location, close to bus stops and Lime Street station. Brilliant breakfast included. Would be good if room amenities can include toothbrushes, bedroom slippers and shavers. Otherwise a pretty good stay and value for money.

The staff was welcoming, room was spacious and comfortable, nice view of the city, excellent location, breakfast was also great, lots of shops, markets and restaurants around, and walking distance to all main attractions. Only two points that were negative were that the room was not serviced/cleaned even after specifically requesting it. And the first day, the bedsheets had blood stains. It was changed swiftly, though.

This hotel is very clean and the location is very good that is closed to the Lime Street Station. If there is chance to visit Liverpool again, I’ll surely book this hotel again.

Great location. Really helpful and friendly staff Personal note awaiting in our room which was spotless with a wonderful view of the Liverpool skyline. From St George Hall to the Liver building Will definitely be staying there again

Choose to stay in the Holiday Inn chain again. The location of the hotel is very good. Right next to Liverpool Lime Street train station, so lugging your luggage isn't far away. The room is big and good for 2 people. It's a pity that the weather is cold and it seems like the heater doesn't work. I'm secretly cold. But the bathroom with shampoo and soap smells good. I like it. Basic breakfast.
