The hotel is located near the pier, but a 15 min walk from the city centre. It's convenient to go to the waterfront, The Museum of Liverpool and the bus station. Wifi is free and strong even in the room. Clean and tidy. Can open a bit of window. No breakfast included but Costa and Pret nearby. I walked around 50 minutes to Anfield. Quiet at night. But 2 fire alarms happened in 4 days I stayed. Staff said there was someone smoked in room! Love the big TV with Sky Sports channel which some of the PL matches can be watched. Also have a gym in 1/F

Great location! Go straight out of the hotel and go straight to the right to see the ancient church and the museum by the river. The key hotel room is the wooden floor, which is more friendly to people with nose allergies!

The environment is very good and comfortable

The full English Breakfast was tasteless overcooked and stone cold. The continental breakfast was adequate and tasted fine. The room was fine but very basic for a deluxe room. The aircon didn’t work and the shower was absolutely roasting and it was impossible to reduce the temperature.(Thermostat issue) (Room 417) Safety Concern. We will definitely return for another amazing trip soon.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic,from us checking in to leaving the staff were so friendly and helpful,the room was emaciated and the bed was so comfortable,fab bathroom plus towels..very clean,and the breakfast was amazing,plenty of choice.

Front desk staff were efficient and helpful. Room very small for two people there wasn’t any room to place luggage had to step over them to use bathroom. Breakfast okay not many choices on the continental selections, orange juice sour coffee not good. Not to our standards.

Hotel was great as long as you don’t have certain rooms on the sixth floor. The generators on the roof make a loud humming noise. Reception moved us without fuss and other room was great. Think guests should be pre warned about noise though.

The reception staff were excellent, they answered any questions about the area that we had and called us a taxi on the morning that we checked out. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was lovely

Can’t fault this hotel from staff breakfast room genuinely think would be hard to top it well done everyone thank you

Absolute amazing stay. staff so friendly hotel was clean breakfast was plenty with good choices. Definitely stay again
