Hard Days Night Hotel Liverpool

I personally found the hotel exactly as described on it's website! I shared one of their deluxe twin rooms with a friend and it was way bigger and more comfortable than most I've stayed in! No complaints whatsover! All the Beatles pics and memorabilia was exactly as stated and was a great supplement to a great hotel in my opinion as a big Beatles fan! The fact that it's so close to the Cavern Club, and therfore is situated right at the heart of Liverpools "Musical" centre, and "elelectic" atmospheric nightlife, was exactly what I was looking for! But round the corner, back into the hotel and it was back to a quiet, chilled atmosphere! Best of both worlds! Live music in a cool bar at weekend nights, delicious buffet breakfast, pretty much with everything you would want! Can't complain one single bit! That was my experience honestly! Quick, simple checking and check out! Cannot understand the negative reviews I read before I booked, which admittedly nearly put me off booking! All I can say say is, either those negative reviews were unusual or by very fussy people, or exceptional in the extreme! 10 out of 10! Keep it up all you staff in the hotel! As a massive Beatles fan we were really looking forward to staying as we were in town for a gig. Front desk staff were fantastic and really helpful! No complaints with them at all. The room was really big however was missing its basic necessities like a bin and toilet brush. The pillows and bed were generally quite uncomfortable. It was so noisy at night. Great location with being next to the cavern club however that meant the bars keep you up until stupid o clock I think it finally went quiet around 3am. The next morning I was shocked to see the state of the duvet we had been sleeping with. Overall a great location with great Beatles connection.

Brilliant room . Good sleep. Good food in restaurant but staff could be improved .

Highly disappointed as I booked two nights for my mom and her husband who were visiting the UK for the very first time. My mom is the biggest Beatles fan and I was so excited to book this hotel for her. When I booked, I asked for the hotel to make sure to give her a good view on a high floor not knowing there are only 5 floors. I’ve attached a pic of the literally trashy view she had. Now, if this view is the only option on the 5th floor, then an email should have been sent for better views on lower floors. because I did ask for a high floor not knowing what the hotel is like. No wonder the pictures of the hotel and the rooms when booking are not clear. This hotel is beautiful from the outside but unfortunately the inside is just a regular old hotel with pics of the Beatles scattered around. If this isn’t bad enough, one of the days they left the hotel without taking a shower because there was no hot water and no warning of it. My mom was polite and kind and told me she had a good time, but that’s only because the hotel is in a good location. Parking was a headache as there was no clear direction and she was not told about the fee prior to. Overall, a very disappointing experience. There is a lot of room for improvement here.
