Perfectly located !
Just a short walk to all attractions - albert docks, rope walk, Liverpool one , buses etc, so you got it all covered whether its dining shopping drinks or party
Friendly staff, attending the reception 24/7
apartment is big but the bathroom and sleeping room itself are just ok, and not very spacious, and don’t expect the apt to have all the usual hotel amenities

The apartment hotel was centrally located, just a few mins walk from the restaurant and shopping area. It’s in a hip part of town. The room was super spacious with plenty of amenities.

The location so near to the city centre and the staff were so friendly. You can always chat with them if there is anything you need , staying there 4 nights really worth it. Im sure will staying there again if i go to Liverpool. The kitchen amenities superb.

Staff were polite and helpful. Accommodations are spartan and a 2nd fair that’s not part of the eating table woul be beneficial. The 2nd bedroom was only useful for sleeping there was no space for luggage and wardrobe storage. Housekeeping was also very limited. In retrospect to other providers like Staycity (without naming them) I would say their competitors have a better designed product

This hotel is very popular and suitable for visiting Liverpool. It is less than 3 minutes' walk from the beach. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the business district is about 7-8 minutes' walk away.

It is clean and spacious.
Staff were very friendly.
I had to buy tub cleaner because the inside of the washing machine was dirty, but just having a washing machine is nice.
The shower water pressure was very strong, which was satisfactory.
There is a Tesco Superstore right next door. You can buy detergent, water, food, etc.
The location of the hotel needs to be corrected on Google Maps. If you search for a hotel and get directions, you will be directed to Gradwell street on the other side. The hotel entrance is on Duke Street.

We had a wonderful stay at Liverpool staycity aparthotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was 2 bed with 1 onsuite and another separate bathroom. It was a large apartment with a kitchen and living room. The living room had a sofa bed. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable and so we had a good nights sleep. The apartment was very clean and modern. A good place to stay.

Near shops and restaurants, friendly staff good customer service.. We love the privacy, no hassle to check in and out. Allowed us to check in early.

A perfect location to explore the delights of Liverpool. We were pleased to have an upgrade on arrival from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom so my teenage son had his own room instead of the sofa bed. The apartment was huge, I could live there! Lovely living / kitchen area, ensuite bathroom, main bathroom and 2 bedrooms was plenty of space for 3 of us. The only gripe was it was a tad warm at night, even in late september, and there was no heating on it was just really warm. We would definitely stay there again
