DO NOT BOOK - NO RESPONSE TO CONTACT, COULD NOT ACCESS PROPERTY - we booked this room as birthday night away, and on arrival at the property were unable to reach anyone via phone, email, or message (via ***********) We phoned more than 10 times and no answer or voicemail option. We had a whole afternoon/evening planned, and instead of being able to enjoy our day off we had to spend hours trying to chase the property, speaking to *********** who chased on our behalf, waiting for any response, and frantically searching for an alternative hotel so that we could start our plans (on Grand National weekend too, so very limited availability!) - absolutely ruined my birthday weekend away, and we weren't able to do half the things we had wanted because of this rushing around. Absolutely unacceptable - and several days later, still no call back or replies to messages! I can only assume its some sort of scam, or they gave our room away to someone willing to pay more and just didn't bother to let us know. AWFUL.
